Be careful, on here most “fans” go with their heart and not their head. Love the standard response, even though it doesn’t address the question: would love their offensive line and receivers … This isn’t 1990; the QB position is emphasized more than ever before. You can’t win despite your QB.

Absolutely - UND won’t win this game without takeaways (win turnover battle) and disciplined play (minimize penalties).

South Dakota State has been very good and consistent, like you said, so I wouldn’t compare them to UND. I’m not asking for several FCS championships, although unfortunately that benchmark was set by our rival, but rather just consistency. It’s crazy to me that UND has missed the playoffs as often as they have under Bubba. Solid season followed by disaster season over and over again - it’s mediocrity at its core. oh well, let’s go for a win against South Dakota State and go from there! Go Hawks

Spot on. This program needs consistency. This season is just another in a long series of letdowns since going DI. Hopeful for win against SDSU to secure winning season and hopefully back on track for 2022.

Sure, moral victories, got it. UND needs to play much better than they did at Utah State, USD, SIU, and Missouri State in order to beat SDSU. Need to win turnover battle and be disciplined.

Win the damn game. Don’t worry about playoffs until after the game, as all for not if UND doesn’t beat SDSU. Going to be tough based on how poor UND has played on the road this season. MUST DO: UND is going to have to win turnover battle and minimize penalties to win.
