  1. I’ve seen this movie before … All apart of the plan. The transition of power in ND football is well underway … History repeat itself as they say. The best predictor of the future is the past.
  2. It’s a QB/OC thing … I suspect there will be change/transition the last 6 games hurt the soul
  3. I mean I don’t disagree
  4. You don’t think the defense is playing better because of “coaching decisions”…. This team / program is much above what they were with Bubba
  5. His work at Wazzu this year was questionable at best or so I hear
  6. There’s still a chance, and that drive was entirely due to Z Amazing how effective yet simple handing the ball off to Ziebarth is
  7. Chicken or the egg Players or the coach Lets just settle on it takes both to be successful and both aren’t getting it done on offense today
  8. Competent coaching on defense, not on offense Offense: NSIC to MVFC Defense: PAC-12/Mountain West to MVFC these things are no surprise
  9. Yes. Please. So obvious. Not a top tier (or even mid tier) D1 coordinator. Who would’ve thought the jump from NSIC to MVFC would be too big? Anyone …
  10. Over this offensive philosophy. Yes need better players and the players to play better, blah, blah, blah, but things have NOT been ran right these past 6 weeks… damn
  11. Always a lot of woulda, coulda, shoulda around here … but I understand the sentiment.
  12. Offensive ineptitude is a major trend at this point … Folks can argue about the root cause, BUT SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE
  13. You da man LFG Hawks fly high today - enjoy everyone
  14. <watch out walls> LFG! JYDs
  15. Agreed. This is a good take.
  16. Ag college bias F them a**holes
  17. Your sources suck, thankfully. troll!
  18. Signing Period 2025-2026 big day for UND football tomorrow … another big day on Saturday … Lots of big days upcoming for UND football, and oh man is it awesome…
  19. Literally the least of anyone’s worries (other than you) considering it’s the second week of the playoffs … But we can and should make it prettier, I guess, next season … Dont get me wrong - I agree there is an effort issue with UND athletics and they don’t do a good job hiding the incompetent intentionality/agenda behind it all. anyways, carry on playoff game to win this weekend
  20. Disagree as far as football is in fact used to prepare these young men for life so there is relatability between the two (football, life), at least there is intent to relate the two with the current staff at UND football. I can confirm that. With that said, I agree that you shouldn’t have blind loyalty; it goes both ways.
  21. Hot take: whether field goals are made or missed, simply having to attempt field goals will lead to a loss. Need to score touchdowns to win this game, not field goals.
  22. I mean, in most instances using that photo/reference, @SIOUXFAN97 is not wrong, but the obsession isn’t healthy …
  23. Concussions are a serious injury and should be handled as such; however, there should be no preconceived notions here. Let the protocol play out and see what happens. I too would suspect it will be only Romfo and Sulik (and technically Etienne as playoff games don’t count towards redshirt status) on Saturday at quarterback for UND, but we shouldn’t rule out Kaminiski already. Concussions are a continuum (spectrum) injury, as most, and as such the protocol is important. Kaminski has an opportunity to still play next weekend, although low probability, but prematurely ruling him out at this juncture is unfair to the young man and his teammates, as well. Let time and the protocol play itself out. From purely a football perspective, I think Romfo deserves a chance to lead his brothers, and the 701 Moving Company and Ziebarth need to set the tone early, often, and especially late. Protect the ball offensively, average 4 ypc at the end of the game offensively, and defensively force turnovers and prevent big plays. Play good special teams, no blocks (turnovers), no big plays (no return TDs) and make PATs! Purposely didn’t say field goals as need to finish drives and score touchdowns, not field goals. All of UND’s losses this season can be tracked back to red zone inefficiency. UND wins as such and moves on to the quarterfinals if they accomplish most if not all of this …
