TommieJo I hope you got to the game. I think you and I were the only ones on this board with any faith. I didn't see anything different from Urban Meyer's offense compared to the regular season and they still whooped the Buckeyes. The only school with the basketball title and football title. GO GATORS! My smile has only been bigger when watching the Sioux win in Providence.

I would think that FSN has a multi-year deal to air the Gophers and Badgers games. Plus, I don't think these two schools want to give up that direct money so that the Big Ten Network can air their games and the conference gets the money. Has anything even been mentioned about this network airing in the Twin Cities?

The odd thing is that they brought it up during the UW-DU game. It was right after they were talking about the trivia question of the WCHA winning 12 straight NCAA tournaments. While I don't think NDSU is starting anything, my gut is telling me they must be putting some feelers out to the WCHA for a rumor like this to start circling all the way to CSTV. Like Starman or hate it (that would be me), the guy has info on NCAA hockey.

UW wins over DU 4-0. Would've been better for us if DU had won. I couldn't bring myself to cheer for them, though.
