I wish Brandt would have stayed in. I've always thought he played better than everyone gives him credit for. I just figured ziggy would get another period so that each played 2. Blais has been saying that ziggy looks very good in practice.

I can understand pulling Brandt, because he did want to use every goalie. BUT, ziggy only played one period last night. He must have wanted to get Parise some confidence.

I think I heard that Lundbuhm has a thigh bruise and is out. I was going to list the others, but Hennesey just said about 10 players with injuries.

Was our defense just playing poorly or was UNO offense that great? I thought I heard that we gave over 400 yards of offense. And their running back rushed for more than a hundred. That doesn't happen much to the Sioux. Why couldn't we find a way to cover their best reciever? We knew he'd be getting the ball all game. Big win, but it does seem like we have room for improvement.

Watching the minny/denver game. The gophers should really quit the faking of the injuries every time they get hit. If you can't take a hit, play women's hockey. I've never seen so many players fake that they're hurt.
