5-1 after two periods.

After the first period in the ACHA championship game.....Minot State leads Lindenwood 3-0.

Even if the X did have control of the list.....what would the benefit be to help out the NCHC and the Target Center. The X will have a tourney going on at the same time.

Sorry to have to give you the bad news......but ASU lost to Lindenwood.

Not sure how he has Providence as the conference leader right now. UMass-Lowell wins the head to head matchup with them. EDIT: Unlike the WCHA who uses head to head matchup as the first criteria....hockey east uses win% of head to head matchups of all teams tied. So Providence wins the tie breaker.

Apparently he thinks they are going to avoid first round conference matchups at all costs. In my bracket i wasn't thrilled about a Denver vs Und first round matchup, but i was able to maintain decent bracket integrity and have teams in regionals that will help with attendance.

I think we will appreciate the sunday-monday series alot more when its the Sioux vs one of the six.
