I lived in the Denver metro area from 1996-2015 (Littleton, Lakewood, and Parker) and me personally, if I wasn’t a CC alum I’d take DU Pioneer season tickets over Avs games any day of the week but that’s just a personal preference. Between the high cost of everything at Avs games ($17.50 for a beer, $20 for parking, plus the high cost of tickets and hassle driving downtown) and just how much fun games are at Magness, especially UND games, I’ll take Pios games over Avs e every time.

At times this weekend, it seemed as if the linesmen dropping the puck thought they were the stars of the show. My god, they d*cked around so much doing faceoffs.

Is it me or does Clarkson make it incredibly difficult to get pucks to the middle of the ice in their zone? Seemed like UND was doing all kinds of board work down below the net and to the side and just couldn’t find any seams to pass to cross ice. Gotta tip my hat to Clarkson and how their style of play bested us. It sure ain’t pretty but it was effective against us tonight. Let’s hope Jackson and staff can make the right adjustments for tomorrow and we can salvage a split.

We went to Vermont fall of 2015 during Boeser’s freshman year. It was early in the season and he was very noticeable right away. That was a fun trip to take in October to see the leaves turning and eating lots of pancakes and French toast as an excuse to load up on Vermont syrup! Cool little old school barn that the Catamounts play in too.

Kinda like the Red Pepper. Many of us locals love it but people not raised here are sometimes like, what’s the big deal???

I thought it was alright, my wife wasn’t a fan. Basically, it was wet soggy spaghetti noodles covered in canned chili.

My wife and I really enjoyed Miami. Nice little arena, cool little college town. We went to the much hyped Skyline Chili and let’s just say we don’t ever need to go there again on future road trips to Oxford.

I always worry about officiating whenever UND plays out east. That could potentially be a factor…home cookin’ if you know what I mean.

After getting drubbed at home 11-2 they come back and win like this. Crazy.

My apologies if this has already been discussed but man, that stadium sure looked empty. I wonder what the other side looked like, hopefully a bit fuller.
