Need to establish the run, the line has to start showing something. Keaton is settling down some and starting to complete throws, so lets get the offense actually moving. That is all on the line.
Well it's looking like either beat Bowling Green to give breathing room, or else only allow 1 more loss the rest of the season (post BG). Offense looked awful. Defense looked good for the most part, other than Carter being abused.
Notice no Ty Carter out there that last series, QB didn't know where to go...
Honestly, offensive line needs to get some push. Studsrud needs to complete some passes, and put together one good long scoring drive.
I'm scared to see these corners against any "good" passing team. The passing game was supposed to be Stony Brook's weakness and we're making them look good.
Yeah, this needs to be reviewed. Looked to me like not only was knee down, but he was completely stopped. Cherry on top is this doesn't look like a good injury
Stony Brook announcers really don't have a clue what's going on half the time I don't think. I also find it funny that the first hold called on Stony Brook was on the defense
Yup. Studs hitting the open receivers on the outside will force SBU to actually honor the pass some, pull some people out of the box where they're just loading up.
Honestly, if Studsrud wasn't playing like a true freshman, this game could have a different feel. There have been open receivers that could have kept the offense moving.
