I really don’t know how a logo change will help. The name is crap which means the logo is pretty much bound to be crap.

Helmets are awesome. Don’t love putting them with our black jerseys or really any of our current jerseys. Greens are different.

Looks like Pearce was on the sidelines for the WIU game. Not sure how visits work or how many are allowed but he better be on the sideline this Saturday for us too. Him and Jake Starcevic both should be high priorities I would think. Both getting a lot of twitter love from NDSU as GoHawks mentioned.

Probably because Bubba doesn’t exude that killer influence. Good coach, good guy but anytime they scan to him on the sideline in one of these bigger games and he looks like he just saw a ghost or something.

I’m curious to see what uniforms UND pulls out for this game assuming those leaked helmets happen.

I agree. I love Bubba and appreciate him for digging us out the hole that Muss left but the program has plateaued into a top 20ish team and that’s about it. I’ve been a Danny guy but maybe he’s not it either, I don’t know but I do know Danny exudes confidence. Not sure what other coaches are out there that would be great options. No DeBoer like before that I know of.

That sucks but not surprising. He will still have two years of eligibility, right? Would leave him in the Omot, Eaglestaff and Brooks class so I guess that wouldn’t be the end of the world (assuming retention).

I’ve been saying this for years that Bubba just needs to step aside and let Danny run the show. I don’t want Bubba fired but I don’t want to lose Danny either. I get that the offense didn’t perform yesterday so maybe not the best time to be hyping him up. Bubba did a great job of fixing the mess Muss left but we have plateaued.

This. So many opportunities in the first half to go up on them but we couldn’t capitalize. Tommy didn’t play well, fact. Seems like the receivers weren’t getting separation much which resulted in Tommy trying to improvise in the pocket and the fumbles/sacks. Despite giving up 42 points, I thought the defense gave me a bit of confidence for the rest of the year. That may sound ridiculous but it’s true. Capitalize on a few more of those turnover opportunities and this boards mood is completely different. I will say, I wasn’t able to watch this game as closely as I would have liked, especially the second half so some of my opinions may be wrong haha.
