Went to Gameday wearing my Sioux jersey. Lots of boos directed toward me but got on tv.

Strickland has an offer from The U according to espn so I find it very hard to believe we land him even if his mother wants him to stay close to home. One can hope though.

I gotta be honest I really like Jer and want him to succeed. I just remember watching his highlights when he committed here and being really excited about him but you are right he cannot be the person to get the load of carries. They need to start Shaugs and than bring in Miller/Garman for a change of pace. That's just the way I see it.

I agree. The refs were garbage for both sides the whole game. I will admit I did leave early so I didn't see Mollberg when he was best I think but I do hope he starts next week. I just don't want to see those throws from him where he is about to go down and just throw it up there. I don't remember seeing any other running back in the game besides for Miller. I really wish Sparks would get some opportunities.

I kind of hope that against Valpo Mollberg and Bartels do alternate every couple of series or something.

I really hope we find some sort of running game too. If only we had a guy like Chappell on this team. I am thinking/hoping Patrick Sharp is our next stud RB.
