Bohl could have put pressure on whomever handles the appeal process. The appeal process exists for certain circumstances; a primarily special teams player that want to transfer could easily be exempt to that rule.

Well put, and that would be a fair agreement. I just lost all respect for Bohl, I understand that the schook has a policy, but you cannot tell me that Bohl could have made this kids appeal happen.

Looks like Oliveira may be playing a bigger role right away, we struggles running last season and we need some new tools to compete.

I think he is worried, he had a rough season for the first time in a long time for him. Recruits aren't as easy and he isn't sure how to adjust to that. Still a POS move though.

Pretty crappy for a guy whom I'm sure accepted his share of FBS transfers at NDSU. Is this the only player they won't release? Any other transfers? I used to think pretty highly of Bohl and what he did at NDSU, but this is totally classless. What a POS!

Agreed, I just mean that the talent his there. He could be solid scorer if he would take that next step.

My dad got paired up with Doug randomly on a gold course one time and said the same thing. I also met his son Dan when I worked in downtown Mpls, super nice guy. Had some fun stuff to say about playing games in NoDak. He said when you are the coaches son, you learn alot of things about your mom and family members you never knew, from the fans.

Lets put this in perspective, Olson and St.Clair being out hurts, but its not like we lost MacMillan and Caggiula. Stecher is obviously the key loss this weekend, but this isn't a new surprise, and fortunately our team is deep enought that they should still be able to compete at a high level. That being said, I think Duluth will be the toughest series UND has played all season, and the implication are certainly high. Go get em!

It will be a good weekend to see who is going to step up in the 2nd half. I think we need to see Luke put some points up. Top line will really need to capitalize too.
