It's difficult to comprehend Blais' line combos at times & his motives for constantly shuffling them let alone who he's going to start in goal. In the past he's based his decisions on how well the goalies have played in practice, but I think Clayton is right here.

This sounds very familiar to Zach's minor knee injury at the beginning of the year which happened (I think) right before the B.C. series. If I remember correctly, I don't think he missed any games but he was slowed down a little in the B.C. series & for a few weeks after that. I hope you guys are fully recovered or dang near by next weekend & make the FF. I'll always be a rabid Sioux fan & will be very upset if they don't go all the way this year; but you guys have been waiting too long & would be my 2nd choice.

Interesting how R. Potulny can miss more games than Massen during the regular season but seems to be a force as soon as he's put back in the lineup, more so than Massen..like he didn't miss a beat. Probably has to do with natural talent.

Holy Cross is gonna need some divine intervention to keep this game close. Anyone know if they have a skating nun or priest as their mascot? The west regional playing times are kinda weird: UND & HC play at 5:30 pm MST & Denver & Miami play at 9:00 pm MST. As far as I know, Colorado Springs is MST & 9:00 pm is rather late to be playing a game.

If the Sioux & Gophers make it to Boston, we would play them in the semifinals.

Poor Michigan That Northeast regional is a killer. They finally have to pack their bags & play in a rink that is not their own. If Duluth is healthy next week, the Midwest is the 2nd toughest bracket. The Sioux couldn't have asked for a better situation.
