There is a chart for getting sacked on 1st and 10 with over a minute left? Every coach for sure has a plan for that so they don't have to think at all or make a decision in-game.
-
SDSU might have 5K depending on weather. USD might have 3K. My guesses.

What game management? -
What are you talking about? Don't recall
-
I believe he has pointed it out more than enough times over and over and over and over again on this board. We all got it.
-
We got it. Stfu already.
-
That was another play but yes that play call would've been pretty cool if it worked. But it didn't so can easily be second guessed.
-
Oh ok. holy sh*t.
-
What data? Where is this data that teams spit out which calculates what you spoke of?
-
So they should've pulled Otis for the rest of the game after the first fumble? Another bad coaching decision!!
-
I would say a fumble when a team is trying to run out the clock is pretty damn high on the list of things to blame, rather than if we had taken X more secs per play off they clock they would've only had X secs left, etc. They still would've had plenty of time regardless. MSU would've had to use both of their timeouts if Otis doesn't fumble. Instead he fumbles and they have two TO's left and over a minute.
-
Correct and if he doesn't fumble UND more than likely wins the game due to his earlier heroics.
-
You realize that if Otis doesn't fumble at MSU none of that is even talked about, right? You are so desperate to blame coaching for all the losses that you look past the actual plays that lost it. Get help.
-
Like he did 3 times before?

Anderson is for real. Would be another great Moorhead standout for our program if we could somehow get him to come to UND -
That is correct. We had to put a true freshman in at LT on the most crucial drive of the season.
-
I was told a tidbit this weekend so went and just verified for myself that Seth Anderson of Moorhead is no longer on the NDSU roster. Not saying, just saying
-
No your right, they were screaming at him to hurry up and get to the line... while he was standing there looking directly at them for the play as the team huddled. WTF dude? You are out in another world with your hate of this staff. You can bitch about alot of things but that ain't of them.
-
Now you are changing the argument. You said they were hurried and disorganized. The film shows differently. They purposely moved at that pace, which means you must know more than Danny and Bubba about how to handle end of game situations.
-
I just went and watched it again. You are literally lying when you say UND was "hurrying" and not coordinated after the sack. They even went so far as to huddle and Tommy looked over at the sideline for the play calmly for probably 10-15 secs. UND took 34 secs to run that play, that is how HURRIED they were. I mean seriously dude, give it up. If you want them to take a timeout fine. But don't make up reasons for it.
-
Why not!
-
With 25 secs left or less, for sure. Leave SDSU 40-50 secs? No thanks, not after MSU
-
Lol...and TWO timeouts. I am completely lost why you keep bringing that up. 42 secs left on the 12 yard line is literally TOO MUCH time left on the clock when a team has two timeouts. They could've scored the next play and left SDSU with 25+ secs.
-
Of course it would help him collect himself but a team only gets 3 per half and just had used one. Can't call a timeout every time a QB needs to collect himself. Also, it was 2nd and 18. Not 4th down.
-
Don't understand it myself. Not calling a timeout there isn't even a "decision". Its completely optional and if Tommy doesn't lead Richter too far or throws to Otis it never even comes up on this site because it was so optional. But Tommy throws a INT so now its Bubba's fault for not calling a timeout. This board is full of winners.
