In 2016 UND had the #1 defense in the Big Sky by a mile. You know why? They had really good players. Recruit better, period.

Did you lookup the defenses in that time frame? Not as bad as you want to make it sound while pounding the table for Beau Baldwin also those were all in the Big Sky where teams take way more chances and had bigtime offenses from what I recall

Baldwin had one year of HC experience at D2 level after leaving EWU, where he was the OC for 4 years. It was literally an inbred hire that we all despise.

I would say coaching experience is mostly all lower level. No real NIL experience. But does have a lot of connections from playing days and being from MN.
