Not sure. My first comparison thought - is Kinnebrew similar to Dissette in style? Would defer to anybody else on that, but if he is Dissette's game didn't translate too well to D1 ball.

I sort of understand why Chaves did this (basically admitting UND expects marginal results from their coach based on resources), but I don't from a competitor standpoint at all.
