Just as in the case with Genoway, Marvin had plenty of time to line up a clean hit, or to not check at all, but chose not to. It no longer matters if it was unintentional or intentional, Marvin will be chastised for every questionable hit for the rest of his career due to his developing reputation. To some he has already obtained that reputation, mainly everyone except SCSU fans. I get that hockey is a brutally physical sport and injuries are common, but it sounds like this guy has been doing this since Squirts. If he keeps this up he'll have every team in the WCHA wanting to steam roll him.

Yeah, the point being it was an interview with one of the most popular Sioux of recent memory, content wasn't the focus. I've watched Fabian's brother Jason play all year. He's has a ton talent, just needs to step up into a leadership role a bit better.

You know I was thinking the same thing, whether or not to. I was plannning on doing a "highlight" video of the game which would have included that and some of the other festivities in the game. To me anyway the interview didn't seem too bad. I know he's idolized in St. Louis and wouldn't want to put anything up to take away from that. Maybe I'll review it when I'm doing the editing. What do you think, I think it's alright to put up.

Zach is a VERY VERY easy guy to root for. Not only a world class athlete but a world class human being. I like how the recent SI article pointed out he endorses the local NJ libraries while Ovechkin and Crosby endorse equipment companies. And people call the Sioux a bunch of goons... Parise and Toews are the embodiment of Sioux hockey.

I love my Sioux! BE with at least 1 big save (been cooking dinner so in and out of the living room) 8 goals last game, 2 so far this game (both PP right? either way) Playing tough, playing hard, things bouncing our way. My family moved there in Summer of 08. They seem to enjoy it, flooding isn't a huge issue, WF takes waaaay better care of their roads (as far as sanding and plowing). You're close to the "shopping district" with tons of restaurants and bars at your disposal. I believe property taxes are lower and they're building new a lot of new homes. It seems everytime go back to visit Fargo i see 48 new apartment buildings.
