  1. This is a different Sioux team than the one that played MTU earlier. I'm confident in a win, but MTU showed they can put up the goals against Minnesota, never take any team lightly. Especially in the playoffs. Best to just stomp them in 2!!!!
  2. Agreed. I'm sick of people ripping on Finley. Is he the best player on the team? Probably not, but he takes way to much crap. He's a 1st round pick, +18 +19 +24 his first 3 seasons here, +5 this year so far, wears an "A" on his left shoulder. Sounds like a hack to me... He came into UND the same year as me, and I'd say he's grown and matured as a hockey player in four years. We'd be in a hurt bag without him. He sure helped turn things around after returning this year. McBain plays hockey? HaHa
  3. Please.... My brother and I used to fight all the time, we still do. But we are the best of friends and will always be. Just because you trade a few blows doesn't mean you have to hold a grudge for the rest of your life. Once it's settled you forgive and forget, and move on with your life like an adult. Is it the best way to settle things, of course not, but that's the way things go sometimes. Just because they were both Sioux does not mean they are forever forbidden to fight or hit each other, after all they aren't team mates anymore so whats the big deal. You are obviously being a goon on purpose to get a rise out of people.
  4. Definitely Oklahoma University. I have my reasons, none doing with athletics however. Not trying to generalize but, honestly, everyone I've ever met from there thinks they're the "bee's knees" and are not afraid to let you know it.
  5. Yah, no bad blood. Just something that had to be done. That's hockey.
  6. I wasn't around at UND when these two played. Looked like Greene had no choice but to stand up for his teammate. Pretty good fight though, kinda sad it was Sioux vs. Sioux.
  7. He's a good candidate and gets the job done. It would be really great for him to win. A great way to honor not only a good hockey player but a good person as well.
  8. I agree with the students section being a "taco short of a festia" and not origional when it comes to cheers. Same cheers different night, if you can't think of anything someone always defaults to trying to start up "F*** the who-evers." My roommate who works for the Ralph said that the reason the lower bowl was quite on Saturday because someone got removed from the stands for being obnoxious or standing or something of that nature. Whether that's the case I'm not sure.
