I absolutely love them. Will definitely be getting one of these when they come out.

Hahaha really??? Who said this??

Same lineup as last night except I think Johnson is the extra skater, but he's also listed as not in the lineup and Albrecht is not. I guess we'll see. 17-8-28 18-21-16 10-27-19 29-11-20 26-15 25-7 4-2 6 33 32

After a dominant 60 on Friday, I expect UND to do the same. Get it done, boys! 5-1 good guys in green Gaber, Schmaltz, Frisch, Hain, Calder
-
Did we really need a whole thread on this?
-
I'm very curious. Totally forgot about Budy.
-
Hey, fair enough. I agree with a couple of them being poor (CC, WMU). Omaha, Clown, Duluth, and Denver are good. Miami's is decent. Not sure I could give it up at this point haha.
-
Just out of curiosity, what's holding you back from getting NCHC.tv? $100 a year to watch nearly every game in the conference is pretty dang cheap, IMO.
-
With Ford and Sendo likely both playing, what does that do to our lines? I've liked Costantini playing center, but I think we need him in the top 6, IMO. As far as I'm concerned, that Kunz-Ness-Albrecht line earned some ice this weekend. Last Saturday we were here: I think I keep them close to this. Top two stay the same. Slide Costantini over to Portz's spot, Ford takes that center spot with Calder. Make a pick between Portz, Bast, and Johnson as the last spot. I'd favor Portz, but I also want Johnson to get some ice. We'll see. 5-2 UND win -- Sanderson, Hain, Senden, Gaber x2

2009 Subway Holiday Classic. I believe it was us, Bemidji, Miami, and OSU. Only reason I absolutely remember this game is because my roommate (yes, IHTINB, that roommate), had too many 32ozers and was pissed to find out the next morning that we had tied LOL.
-
But we typically sweep Western, so, I don't get the correlation
-
Queue the "i herd we dindt want em" ... Funny call out from those guys saying they're just looking for a reaction lol.
-
Now that you mention it ... Never heard of her
-
Welcome back, #MACtion. How you feeling about your team, this weekend? Haven't had a chance to watch a lot of them so far. Maybe I'll make myself a date tonight
-
You're totally right. For some reason I thought Hrynkiw was a freshman that year.
-
That would have been a loaded group.... Cam, Driscoll, Tomek, Hrynkiw ... Matt probably would have never been a part of that group. Wild.
-
Abram Wiebe ... That's just an awful name lololol. Welcome, Abram! Here's to hearing a lot of that name booming from the rafters at the Ralph in years to come!
-
We recruited Driscoll and Ford, from what I've heard. Maybe Clown and BGSU offered them more of a sure fire scholly opportunity? Ford would have been fun to have been here four years, no doubt.
-
Definitely haven't

I don't think either of his hits were illegal and I loved both of them haha. I believe DU was hoping it was a major simply because they wanted a 5 minute PP since they were down 2-0 already. Carle took a calculated risk to try and get a major power player, IMO.
-
Agreed. If a kid that size wants retribution for a big hit, he'll find one without waiting for a player to skate into the zone.
-
Honestly, not sure it was a response directly. I believe Kleven just saw an opportunity for a big time hit, IMO. He wasn't head hunting for one. He may have WANTED one after what Savoie did, but it certainly didn't feel like he was seeking one out.
-
I mean, that's a good idea, too lol.
-
I don't disagree, but no team out there is a world beater. St. Cloud, Michigan, Minnesota, Mankato all have holes. I agree that reducing turnovers is essential, but every team will say that. For this team, I do agree that we can't get away with a bad period/shift/game/etc as much as in years past. To me, we've found our formula. It's how we played against QU on Saturday and how we played against DU -- grinding, puck possession, smart and safe hockey.

God it's fun sweeping these guys: https://daddydumpandchase.blogspot.com/2021/11/roses-and-thorns-und-sweeps-pios-as.html
