DU really is the darkhorse as they take 3-4 from us and/or MN then things really get messy ... best thing I suppose is for us to get more points than MN in DU howver I have us both splitting

I would like to give a HUGE thank you to all those that kept this thread alive during the trip home ... this seemed to have the most current and updated information. Those that gave road reports really assisted is the decisions of thousands of travelers. I am also glad that this thread stayed on course and was not derailed off topic..it goes to show that the North Dakota nice holds true...this is something we heard countless times over the weekend from servers and staff at places we went...they could not believe how well we as fans carried ourselves..I think one of our servers at the Old Mattress Factory put it best as she was wearing UND pom-poms in her back pockets..she said "you people drink a lot..eat a lot and tip well why wouldn't I root for your team" This will definitely be one of those trips we will not forget and just goes to show that the UND Fighting SIOUX truly do have the greatest fans on the entire planet Thanks again

that may have been at the start of the game...after we went up 3-0 it cleared out fast...there was some off and on sleet that cleared out some locals too...it was pretty awesome have only Sioux Fans left at the end... to top it off we were lucky enough to catch the team loading the bus after the game we had a chance to personally thank each of them for 4 much needed points....they were all smiles...Hak himself was even in a good mood...we did ask him what he thought of the ice conditions and as he gave a very political answer however I am fairly certain he will not put a team of his through that again

JL Beers is pretty spot on with food and drinks, good size I know they are expanding quite a bit .. I think GF even has one now. I've been to the downtown Fargo one and the one in WF how is the one in GF ?

I think they played well, of course that is also what they are supposed to do…the one common amongst this year’s crew is the fact that they are not doing what they are “supposed to do” … other than Kristo, Rocco or Knight throwing the team on their back a night or two the rest of the team fails to “do what they’re supposed to do” It’s not that I’m against nicknames but I agree with siouxweet let them earn it if that line plays the way they played this weekend then we have a great shot at 4 points
