I was also wondering that. Giving them that PP was a huge difference the way that game was played. I'll have to go back tonight and watch the replay to see if I can spot it.

You don't save 93.5% of shots for an entire year mostly due to a jacked up d core. You do it because you're a good goalie.

He'll make a few great saves then let in a not so great one. Tough to get a read on so far this year so inconsistent at best. His #s are well below average right now though. Save % of .889(64th nationally) and GAA of 2.56(37th nationally) aren't going to cut it and I'm sure he knows that.

Honestly, I'm encouraged with the positive attitude Berry and most of the players were taking after the game. Essentially, yeah it sucks to lose Saturday's game but we dominated nearly every facet of the game besides the score. If we continue playing like this, results will follow. Schierhorn stood on his head Saturday and turned away everything we could throw at him. Not going to be like that every night. I'd like to see a different goalie on Friday against Denver. It's at home, I think Cam could use a break and some competition in net.

I've got to admit, I haven't been the greatest UND football fan during the down years after the move from DII but Bubba has reinvigorated me(and many others) about UND football. I've not been as excited for a game as I am for this Saturday since the DII area and I credit Bubba with creating that aura around the team.

I don't know if I'd call last Friday a big egg. Sure, we had defensive lapses(too many to count) but we produced a lot of offense and finished our chances. Minnesota only scored 1 goal without a man advantage. Also, we never lost the lead and we were a minute from winning the game.

Which one of Cams goals you think he should've stopped? Sure his #s look bad w/o digging in but he had much better rebound control than against Duluth. He stood up to some heavy UofM barrages and bailed out our D on multiple occasions. Agreed on the positives and also Wolanin looked good tonight. Big step for him IMO

I believe ya but the funny thing is Gopher fans are taking this to mean UND is irrelevant. But when it comes to college hockey (which is what we're all here for) relevance on a Midco guide doesn't translate to wins, championships and filling arenas with fans. And that little irrelevant defending champion will show up at the self titled "Hockey Mecca" this weekend and help fill the arena as UMN is unable to accomplish this on its own
