  1. I have 2 tickets for the Dec 30 UND/UMD hockey game that will open up the new Amsoil Arena in Duluth. The tickets are NOT next to each other, but they are on the same end of the rink, which I was told is the side the Sioux will shoot at twice (Do your own research though as obviously I have never been there before). Ticket 1 is Section 121 Row 5 and Ticket 2 is Section 124 Row 15. Asking $100 per ticket, OBO. You can do your research and you will find there are very, very few of these for sale on Ebay/Craigslist/Stubhub and for the few that are advertised, you will see that my asking price falls right in the area they are going for. The Duluth trip is a blast so don't miss out. Tickets are hard tickets, that I have in hand, in Grand Forks. Text me with questions/if you want them at 701-740-3859. Thanks for looking, Matt
  2. Let's ask Tarek Howard if we can borrow the Lamoreaux borsthers for next year. I am willing to bet that Pj, Mario, and Jocque could at least equal the output we had out of our fourth line this year. Yes, I know that PJ is defense, but even so......
  3. He would be crazy not to sign a deal now before his mysterious illness has a chance to come back.
  4. How many of the Lamoreauxs will be coming to UND? The more the better. I know some are pretty young yet. Is it true that at least one Lamoreaux will be going to play at Shattuck next year?
  5. We could put Canady, Genoway, and Palmiscno on a line together and call it the 007 line. The seven would stand for their total point output last season.
  6. I would not include Genoway yet just because he was only a freshman this year. Even Jeff Panzer was a non factor his Freshman year. However, by the time you are a Sophomore, and one who gets lots of playing time, ie. Canaday and Connely, there should be some output.
  7. This team is not very good. All of those people talking about the good record being a product of a cupcake schedule were right. Minnesota will improve more from this year to next year then UND will. I agree with the previous poster that the sophmore class of Connelly, Canady, etc, has been a major bust so far. I mean come on, Canady had more game DQ's for spearing than goals this year. Why are these guys playing every game when guys like O'Leary, who I thought was pretty good, get shoved out the back door? This sophmore class must have the talent to play or else Blais would not have recruited them. But some production would be nice.
  8. Disappointing, but certainly not unexpected. Bad luck is not scoring for a game, or even a series. But when you go the entire second half of the season with next to no offense, that means you lack enough skill players to get it done. I think we are still in trouble next year. Obviously, the top line of Murray, Parise, and Bochenski will be dynamite. But after that, it gets pretty thin. And no matter what we would like to believe, we need at least one offensive defenseman to run the power play (someone of the martin or ballard ilk) I know this sounds extremely negative but I think it is a pretty realistic assessment.
  9. Which would be a pretty safe assumption judging by their play the whole second half of this season.
  10. I think North Dakota could field a competitive team with just North Dakota boys most years, but not a championship caliber team. The number of people in the state simply does not allow it. Picture this team next year. Help me out if I am missing any. Forwards: Grant Potulny, Ryan Potulny, Dan Irmen, Quinn Fylling, Pat O'Leary, Massen Defense: Andy Schneider, Nick Fuher, Joey Markuson, Chad Dahlen, Nate Metcalf?(not sure on that one) Goalie: Ziegleman, Sedevie, Lamoreaux A little weak on numbers but not short on quality.
