This is the best GF BAA team since Jackson Kuntz played. This year and last they have been dominant in ND and the common demoninator there is Marto as the prior few years they were good but not great. WF BAA rolled through ND a couple of years ago.

How did he do at the development camp last summer?

It will be interesting to see if Marto stays and plays HS or goes to juniors.

The higher end depth at the youth hockey level is dwindling in ND. You are down to 4 Bantam AA teams and Minot didn't even field one this season. Take one kid off of GF and you have an A level team. The Bantam A level is more or less a glorified B1 level as at least half the teams shouldn't even be at that level.

Enough of the calling for sources. This isn't a news network forum it is a fan forum. Some people on this forum know players or those familiar with the program on a casual basis or sometimes more than a casual basis. Sometimes they hear things/rumors/rumblings that are based on fact or sometimes not fact based but feeling based and they share some of that info on a fan forum. They don't need to disclose who they got the info from. Whether that info comes to fruition or not isn't going to change anyone's life on here.

No more portal kids please. Build through recruiting and if next year is a down year because of rebuilding so be it if that is what it takes to get back on top.
