We didn't play all that well last night with the exception of Dell and were without JG. I feel we took one of DU's better punches last night and still prevailed. in three games against DU this season they haven't seen our best-hopefully that will be next sunday.

earlier this season in a postgame interview with TH Frattin mentioned they had overlooked yale and new hampshire the past two seasons-I would love to see Brad or another media member bring this up at the weekly press conference to see what they will do differently this weekend to not overlook RPI.

here's an interesting scenario. there is a realistic chance BC might be shippedout west. if new hampshire loses(currently 3-1 as I type this) they could realistically fall to a four seed in the tournament and therefore BC would be sent elsewhere to avoid playing them.

with duluth stumbling down the stretch. if the integrity of the final pairwise would call for them to go out east , would the committee send them out east or on a short bus ride to green bay?

if this were how the final pairiwise were to look I'm pretty sure they would do some switching to get duluth in green bay.

there are some people out to make money on this. however my experience this time around was pretty good. I had 5 people contact me and all we offering for face value. granted I got them two weeks before we know who will be in st. paul. if the sioux are going I'm pretty sure the $$$ will go up per ticket. that said I would suggest going this route if you need tickets.

I was under the assumption that if you were offering/selling tickets on USCO you weren't suppsoed to offer them above face value as you could lose your priority number if you did?

two things. first I see yale can lock up the #1 overall seed by LOSING this weekend and two I see that the women's committee really stuck it to the WCHA. it will be intersting to see if the same thing happens with the men's bracket.

I think we're pretty locked into the number 3 spot. however, I think the only way we would drop to four would be with some combination of us not making the final five and michigan winning the ccha tournament.

the only way bemidji becomes a TUC again is to beat uno and advance to the final five, msum needs to win one against denver to remain a TUC as well.

here's an interesting question. say we end up the season ranked 2 in the pairwise and the gophers or scsu sneek in as the 15th ranked team in the pairwise and there are 5 teams in the tournament from the wcha. would the committee make us play the wcha opponent in the first round as once their are five or more teams they don't have to avoid a first round match-up?

Is this true that they wanted that seed to avoid playing us? ifso bring them on and we can possibly end their season two years in a row. and if they are in our bracket that puts an end to all speculation about playing the friday night game or not.
