My wife and I drove up from Bowman for the game and it was her first UND football experience. She really enjoyed herself, but I thought that the turnout, the student section in particular, was very saddening. If Montana had a false start penalty on Saturday afternoon, I don't remember it, but I do remember the Montana section getting loud on 3rd down and getting us for a false start penalty...I about blew a gasket at that point. What do ya do I guess!

Spur of the moment decision....wife just called and said "Let's Go!" Just packing up my office in Baker, MT....see you all tomorrow!!

The wife and I are considering it. We're thinking of driving from Baker to Billings after work on Friday and then to Bozeman Saturday morning and back to Billings after the game. How long is the drive from Billings to Bozeman? How's the tailgate?

Are you really surprised? Unfortunately, football is a 2nd rate sport in Grand Forks. Plans for what center ice at the Ralph probably superceded and planning related to the football team. The crowd last night wasn't even 10K!? I guarantee you that the exhibition game with Manitoba will sell out. The football team has been, for the most part, a fun product to watch this season! That place should have been packed for a game of the calliber of Cal Poly. I'm telling you all right now, the Montana game won't sell out because GF doesn't care. What a shame.

Last week the running game turned around thanks to Mitch and the passing game took a slight step back. Hopefully we can balance them both out today and see a great offensive onslaught. I'm really looking forward to this one!!
