HAHA....I think it's fine to have your own name and number on the back of a jersey. I have one exception though, all retired numbers stay retired unless it was that last player who wore it. I wear jerseys of the teams that arn't playing all the time! I used to go to games to watch them but now I go to people watch and see what kind of jerseys everyone has (I would love to see more game worn ones). That's just my 2 cents....

If I am going to get a Belfour jersey or an Oshie jersey, I am going to make sure the jersey I got is the style they wore.
