I’m confused, southpaw. On one hand, you want me to stay at home for like the next decade to help “flatten the curve” and on the other hand, you are mocking a $1,200 payment from the federal government for doing exactly what I’m told.

Then pull Miller with 6-7 minutes left. Everyone in the rink knew why Miller was pulled and it had NOTHING to do with giving the backup goalie 60 seconds of mop-up duty. Hell, Robb Stauber pulled HIMSELF out of that 9-1 debacle on Friday night in Grand Forks in the 1988-1989 season.

So they pulled him because of the risk of injury then, is that what we’re going with? Or they pulled him with one minute left in the game to ensure that he wouldn’t give up another one?

I was at an MSU game against UMass the year that Miller won the Hobey. I believe the score was 10-0 late in the 3rd and Miller gave up a goal. He was immediately pulled so as to keep his precious GAA down.

In the interest of full disclosure, I worked for Forum Communications...until about noon yesterday. I can confirm that NO businesses are advertising right now and this is among the FIRST things that businesses cut. You know who is LOVING this pandemic right now? Facebook, that’s who.

In the TC area, the subsidiary company is shutting down the Hastings Star Gazette and The Bulletin (Woodbury and Cottage Grove). MAJOR cuts were made yesterday.

What was “controversial” about it? Are you suggesting that Governor Evers executive order suspending the election was somehow allowable under the Wisconsin Constitution?

Will being on the 5G network help my chances of staying employed with my company after 10:30 am tomorrow morning? I can’t imagine a video conference call with the publisher and HR is a good thing.
