Yes UND football, the team that owned your team the last decade they played. Maybe thats why Gene doesn't want his Bison to play the Sioux he doesn't want to get embarrassed in front of a nation wide audience not just the state wide KVLY audience. Makes sense.

Yeah Sioux fans are jealous because we don't get to be on KVLY. I just wish UND would end their nationally televised contract with Fox College Sports which is seen all across the country so we can be on in 3 or 4 states. Yep...we are so jealous of NDSU.

Does anyone know about UND's contract with Fox College Sports. Is it still valid and through what year?? We need that perk for BSC play to put UND over the top!!

I have a friend that lives outside Portland, and UND is at Portland State so I will be there on the road. I have only been to 2 road games UND @ NDSU, and UND @ Bemidji State.....I cannot wait!!!

Florida and Florida State have no problem with their OOC rivalry. I just don't get why playing UND every year is "stupid". You have 3 OOC games just like us. There is NO requirement that you have to have a FBS game, or 6 home games.

IMO every other year is better than no game at all.

Its a FCS rule. FBS can have 12 every year but for FCS it depends how many Saturdays are in the playing year. I will see if I can find the rule. Also if you schedule Hawaii (which I wish the Sioux would do.) you are granted a 12th game.

I voted annually because I live in Fargo, I grew up with the Sioux-Bison rivalry and all its hatred. Plus after we win we can hear the Bison excuses on why they lost...its very comical.

Funny according to gobison.com NDSU has 10 games for 2013. Montana St, and 9 MVFC teams (I am guessing 1 of them is a non-conference game??). No FBS team in 2013?

With those idiots on Bisonville thinking they could beat us 81-0....I wish the Sioux would play them now to shut them up. Seriously 81??? I thought 81 was the number of Bison football players arrested this year.

But Montana wanted Montana State with them. The point is if MSU moves up they would have to say goodbye to EWU and Weber State...unless they schedule all their OOC games against the FCS.

Not looking for 7 OOC games makes NDSU look less attractive. I love Sioux/Bison games, and living in Fargo now for 12 years I would love to see the Sioux pound the Herd in the Fargodome but if they don't play I am fine with that since we have other options now with the Big Sky.

Either every other year or do a Dakota rotation where 1 year you play @ NDSU the next you play host to USD then the following year you have @SDSU, then just complete the circle vs NDSU, at USD, vs SDSU. We only need to fill 3 spots and usually 1 of those is for an FBS team so stick 1 of these Dakota teams for an OOC game and you have 1 team to fill.

With the 12 game schedules coming up (2013, and I think 2014?) UND should look at that option for a home and home with the Bison. Edit: 12 game season is 2013, 2014, and 2019.

Has anyone thought about protesting at the NCAA headquarters in Indy? I would if I had time but imagine a bunch of Sioux (and other schools) fans with signs in front of their office. The media would have a field day with that.
