I picked up single game tickets at SCSU today. 1-877-SCSUTIX $30 for each ticket. Feb.18-19 . Let's fill that place again this winter!

I'm going to that series. It should be a great time to be in Maine with the fall colors and also with Maine projected as a top team this year.
-
Has anyone else heard that Johnson might leave the Fargo Force to be an asst. at SCSU?
-
They showed the Varsity Bards singing "Take me out to the ball game," during the 7th inning stretch. That's all I saw and they mentioned they were from UND.
-
My favorite post from GPL, This year's "Skate with the Gophers" event will actually include a team tryout.
-
I think it will be UND, UMD and SCSU fighting for the top spot. I foresee SCSU being better than last year.

Maine in October, Wisconsin in Nov.,UMD in Dec. St.Cloud in Feb. I believe I'll see as many road games as home games this year. Maine is going to be fun. I use to live in Maine while I was a student at UND during the summers. Can't wait for the lobster at Captain Nicks in Bangor and Sioux hockey!
-
I believe they will be announcing a new assistant for the womens program this afternoon. A former Sioux mens player is what I've heard.
-
I'm looking forward to experiencing the games at the U of Maine. I've already got my plane ticket for next October flying into Portland, ME on that Wednesday night.

His son, Serratore, is going to play hockey for the Gophers. Maybe Dad was planning ahead.

I've never coached hockey or played it but just asking: Is there a benefit with all of the D men we have coming back to have some sort of rotation set up so a player plays 3- 4 games for example and gets the 5th night off? Would they be better rested coming into March with having some time off? I think about how much energy Frats had after coming in later in the year. Once again, not a coach here or a former player just a big fan.

With only 2 seniors that played most of the year this team did better than I thought they would. It's always hard to end a season and every team but one will finish their season with a win. We always want more and so do I, but then I think of the teams that turned in their gear weeks ago. I can't wait till October. In fact I booked my Maine ticket the other night using frequent flyer miles. Can't believe only 1 WCHA team will make it to the Frozen 4.

I spoke with him (Tim) outside the X on Thursday night and told him how much I appreciate his coverage and the show he does. He was seemed really glad to hear that. UND is very fortunate to have him along with all the sports information dept. along with Brad from the Herald. Whenever I get a chance and run into these guys I let them know. They work very long hours to provide us with some great coverage,

Thanks! I owe you one Whistler. Ok... now I owe you two

Did anyone happen to tape the game that would be willing to put it on a dvd for me? I was working last night and would like to see what I missed. Send me a PM Thanks!

If SCSU gets to play in the X next weekend they still won't have a ton of fans like we would have filled it. I was just reading in the St.Cloud Times last night about how their home attendance was the lowest in many years.
-
How about a sign with : The countdown clock until the next Gopher season. Or "Spring Breaks starts tonight for the Gophers"
-
And we're probably one of the youngest teams in the country this year too.
-
I would just like the list of quotes they use.

I wonder if his gloves and stick will be up for auction too? -
FRIDAY: ZAJAC SATURDAY: MALONE

I'll bet you Whistler they show it at least 20 times before the end of the first period.
-
collegehockeynews.com has the new pairwise up, we're tied for 7th right now. Nice job.

I caught that too!

Just got home from the game! Wow! From the moment they stepped onto the ice it felt like a huge win. St.Cloud had about 10-15 extra police at the games this weekend in case there was trouble. After the second period they were reassigned to the parking lots to redirect the mass number of Huskie fans that were leaving the Concrete Crapper that was causing a traffic jam Marvin didn't play much of the end of the 3rd period from what I could tell. Yes, they sent him to the locker room right after the game. I saw one of the coaches point him towards the tunnel.
