  1. When I say required, I’m using the legal definition of that word. You are not legally required to buy food. You can grow your own, you can hunt, you can fish. Obviously not viable for most people, but the point is, nobody from the government is forcing a consenting adult to buy food.
  2. Not sure what you’re asking. You seem to be arguing the opposite point and making my point. Things that you don’t have a choice about shouldn’t be mandated and have people forced to pay for them. If you are forced by law to pay for a product Or service, it’s a tax and should be treated that way when it’s being discussed by our representatives.
  3. Car insurance is a false equivalency as you aren’t forced to drive and can opt out of owning a car. Having a body is inherent to life. You can’t opt out of it. Mandating people to buy any such product is akin to a tax and has been treated as such by those opposed to it.
  4. Which vision do you speak of?
  5. I love the “you people are getting played” rhetoric, as if trump invented BS as a politician. We’re all getting played, by both sides. Trump is no savior, anymore than Obama was. They’re all garbage and in it for themselves. It’s all different flavors of Dog feces.
  6. You’ve gone non-sensical my friend. Enjoy your evening.
  7. Peaceful is a word and it has meaning, it was included for a reason. You don’t get to minimize it.
  8. You simply don’t accept real evidence when it’s presented. Maybe ignorance is bliss, you sure seem to laugh out loud a lot. Good on you, glad you are happy.
  9. Peaceful protests are protected by the first amendment, left out a pretty important word there.
  10. You stated illegal immigrants don’t vote. I provide links showing they do. End of discussion.
  11. I have no proof that illegal immigrants are voting in municipal elections in democratically run cities? https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.cnn.com/cnn/2020/01/23/politics/nyc-noncitizen-voting-rights-bill/index.html https://ballotpedia.org/Laws_permitting_noncitizens_to_vote_in_the_United_States “twelve municipalities in Maryland and California allow non-citizens to vote” That took all of ten seconds, you need to upgrade your googling skills.
  12. Where in my comment did I say illegals voting on a federal level. Democrats are pro illegals voting, it’s already happening.
  13. Illegals are already voting in local elections in many areas, democratic areas. Why is it out of the realm that they would want to expand that?
  14. I’m trying to find it, I remember it specifically because I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. But struggling to find the video admittedly.
  15. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.vox.com/platform/amp/2019/7/29/6741801/2020-democrat-presidential-immigration-debate -decriminalization of border crossing ie open borders.
  16. Did you not see the democratic primary debates when nearly every candidate(including Biden) raised their hand when they asked if they were for illegal immigrants being able to vote and free healthcare?
  17. This is correct as of today, but in April and May your first paragraph wouldn’t have been accurate, at least in Minnesota. Walmart, Target and other big box retailers weren’t forced to close down, while mom and pop retailers were forced closed.
  18. As long as hospitalizations stay low, we were told increasing cases was a good thing. When did that change?
  19. Straw man. Two things can be true at once. The virus is serious(so is influenza and many others) and at the same time we are blowing it way out of proportion in our country.
  20. I don't see anyone as a sheep. I wear a mask in public and at work, that's my choice. I have the ability to defend someone's rights without having to subscribe to that behavior personally. I found that's unfortunately an incredibly rare thing in the US these days. I defend their rights on things that I don't do in the hopes that as a society we can respect each other's freedoms without having a personally stake in the outcomes.
  21. We don't know the long term effects of a million behaviors people do every day. It's called life, we used to be able to live it in this country.
  22. The fact that you don't know if they would or not shows your inherent distrust in their decision making, yet you seem to blindly follow them. They have been deceptive, inaccurate and illogical at best and outright lying at worst since the beginning. Do you think that this being an election year has anything to do with their decisions regarding covid?
  23. So what happens if next time around the mandate is something you disagree with, will you blindly comply?
  24. The irony of saying you live in the real world when what he is describing is exactly what is happening in reality is hilarious. https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2019/mar/8/house-votes-favor-illegal-immigrant-voting/
  25. Of course we have people refusing, because they have been around long enough to see how our government works. Always incrementally, always. (insert boiling frog analogy here) You never answered my question, if we had 100% compliance to masks, do you actually think our government would open everything up?
