Per Twitter Not sure how BC managed to swoop in and land him. He said all along his Top 3 was UND, UMD and UNO.

Last year I stayed at the Holiday Inn. I thought the rates were reasonable and there is a nice restaurant/bar attached. It's also close to shopping centers and a variety of other restaurants. It's a little bit of a distance from the National Hockey Center but has a shuttle bus that can take you to and from the games. The shuttle closes down at 10:00 pm but the driver was willing to run the bus a little later for folks attending the games. Otherwise, I believe a lot of Sioux fans stay at the Kelly Inn downtown. Unfortunately I can't make the trip this year. I hope everyone has a good time!

Bill Butters leaves Wisconsin's coaching staff It will be interesting to see who replaces him.

A little late on this, but I was impressed with Grimaldi's physical play. He threw a handful of big hits on Saturday night. It's nice to see that even though he's a smaller guy he doesn't shy away from contact and isn't afraid to go to the hard areas. He's quite fun to watch.

Fans were booing #6 Pritivera because on Friday night he hit a UND student in the face with his stick and also squirted fans with a water bottle. http://kellygreenwhite.wordpress.com/2012/11/03/post-game-with-alexx-privitera/

Well that would make 4 decommitments in less than a year and a half. Miller, Matteau, Koules... Perhaps we should change the title of the thread to "Committed (for now) Sioux Recruits"

Speaking of consistency, this excerpt is from Sclossman's series preview

Schlossman confirms Tucker Poolman commitment

According to twitter rumblings Tucker Poolman has committed to UND

2014 NCAA regional sites were announced: Worcester, Bridgeport, St. Paul, Cincinnati I realize that there probably aren't many off-campus facilities bidding to host regionals, but it's tiring to see the same sites pretty much year after year.

I'll give you BC since they have been on a ridiculous run the last few years, but I don't believe Notre Dame is a tougher matchup than UND and DU. ETA: I imagine one of Lucia's biggest reasons for wanting to schedule Notre Dame is that his son is on the team.
-
According to Don Lucia, UND and Minnesota won't play a regular season series for at least four years once the teams move to new conferences. He says it's due to a commitment to all the in state schools, but didn't Minnesota make non-conference scheduling agreements with the Boston schools, Notre Dame, CC and DU?

Schlossman said McCoshen plans to make a decision before Christmas. UND, Omaha and Duluth are in the running. Also, there appeared to be two recruits on the bench during warmups Saturday night.

Per twitter: Zane Gothberg will start tonight
