  1. Agree...if it was more serious I don't think he would have made a go of it late especially given the score. Would be suprised if he was out tonight.
  2. If DU and UND are #1 seeds and UMD is a #2 seed, as it sits now, who gets sent to St. Louis and Green Bay for the #1 seed. I think for gate revenue, UND goes to St. Louis and DU and UMD go to Green Bay? Thoughts...
  3. The most obvious observation from the Ralph last night IMO was UND plays fast and with speed when the D-man don't overplay and overhandle the puck. Tonight was the first time in a loooooong time our D-man played it simple...short, quick tape to tape outlet passes to start the rush. There was not one time from last night where I saw a D-man try to take off with the puck and try to weave thru 5 UAA players going down ice. All 6 D-man took care of their defensive responsibilities first and then transitioned the puck out of the D zone. Thought Forbort played his best, if not one of his best, games of the year. Gleason was very good too. Dickin could be a find...he skates well and handles the puck well. His centering pass from the left wing to Rowney in the crease, that could of resulted in a goal, a minute plus into the second was a great pass. Frattin, when he brings it, is a man among boys...goodness was he an absolute beast last night. He was the best player on the ice by a mile. Dell was money as usual. If I had a say in tonight's line-up, I'd sit Hexy and play Cichy. Finally, Davidson...if anyone hasn't seen him play live and wonders why he is in the line-up, stop wondering. He was arguably one of our top 4 forwards last night. His control of the puck behind the net was the reason we got our third goal and with him in there with Mario and Rodwell, they are more than just a checking line. They control the puck and create offensive chance more often than not. UND is now 10-2 when Davidson is in the line-up. If this team continues to hang a six pack on the board night in and night out....
  4. Tickets are still available for tomorrow night.
  5. Back in the day, Whitey's was the place to be on the weekends, Tom Clifford was a rock star and UND was home of the "Fighting Sioux".....oh, how times have changed!
  6. PM me if interested.
  7. Another well stated post...you folks today on this thread are killing it!
  8. I don't know what your 1st post consisted of, but you are spot on with your 2nd one! Excellent.
  9. Well said. Let's face it...the Vikings are looking at a 3rd or 4th place finish in the NFC North for years to come. No QB, aging defense that was grossly overrated the last couple years and poor ownership. Least Chilly is out of the picture...he was worth at least a 3 point swing for the opposition every game. Green Bay has the potential to do what the Steelers have done as of late...getting to 3 SB in the last 6 years.
  10. Last bump. Still looking...
  11. NEVER....ummmm, yes. A lot actually...
  12. He was 24-39 for 304 and 3 TDs! Granted he was 1-5 to start but "come on, man!" Mike and Mike and Trent Dilfer ALL on ESPN radio said this am that it will go down as one of the BEST SB QB performances EVER when you take into account the drops, the defense he went up against, losing Driver mid 1st half... But I'll go with your brillant FB mind!
  13. What game were you watching? ARog was by far the best player on the field. The Packer's WRs dropped 5 balls. James Jones dropped a sure TD (again!!!)...2 other drops were on critical 3rd down plays. The missed FG was poorly kicked, but last time I checked it was 52 yards out...not a chip shot. ARog's stats in 4 playoff games...ALL on the road: 68% completion rate, 9 TDs w 2 INTs and he ran for 2 more TDs. His QB rating was 110.0 in those 4 games. You are right, he is not the QB us Packer fans think he is...he's better! Least you Viking tools got Joe Webb!
  14. Enjoy!
  15. Super Bowl Champions...the Green Bay Packers!! Has an awesome ring to it. Doing laundry now as my 2 daughters wanted their jerseys spotless and clean to wear to school tomorrow! Got to get the face paint, pizza and pop stains out from tonight's festivities. GO PACK GO!
  16. Ummmmm...my wife is from WI and the biggest Packer fan in our house. When you were in the future and given what you know, I assume then I won't be getting a post (celebratory) SB action?!?!
  17. Anything less than 4 points is unacceptable! (I love when Goon says that) Also any member of this team not wearing appropriate shoes, gloves, winter coat, and a stocking hat this week as it plunges to -20 again is also unacceptable. Sioux sweep!
  18. Gameday! Excited, nervous and just plain ready for kickoff. My heart will only stop racing when I hear the words, as only Wayne Larrivee can call it, "and there is your Super Bowl 45 dagger!!!" GO PACK GO!
  19. Correct. Got a picture text from buddy of this guy early this afternoon. The guy was wearing a green Sioux hockey jersey and was in the stands on the infamous par 3 16th. CBS Sports showed him numerous times. My buddy from Seattle even texted me to say he saw the "Sioux guy" at the PHX Open.
  20. Current line is Packers -2 with under/over at 45. Still baffles me how the Steelers are the betting line 'dog. IMO I can't see how the game doesn't go over. Think it's going to be a shootout.
  21. Would agree with you. Have been able to visit with Coach Bohl occasionally in the am when getting a cup of coffee. He seems very level headed and a no non-sense guy. I'm sure he takes these alcohol infractions seriously.
  22. All good points, but Packers still win!
  23. Heard interesting stat while running some errands this AM. 55% of all Steelers running plays so far this year have been between the center/guard gaps. With Steeler's center Pouncey officially ruled out...advantage Packers! (I hope) GO PACK GO!
