Yes...seriously.

Last night at 5 pm my oldest daughter, 14, and I went to Courts Plus to shoot some hoops and work on a few basketball things. By 6:15 pm we were the ONLY white people on one of the courts and were pretty much asked to get out of the way and leave................

I live in Fargo...know some guys up the chain in the FPD and we have had general conversations on crime here. To claim "new Detroit" is a huge stretch. As Sic indicated Fargo isn't Williston and the police force is probably understaffed for the population. Fargo isn't getting a lot of the unsavory "get rich quick" people like out west. Per my conversation with some in the know a lot of the issues crime wise can be traced back to LSS of ND and MN and the influx of people brought to this region a few years ago. Lots is ethnic diversity in the metro FM area now and all cultures, including white guys like me, are to blame for what you read from a far. When we first moved to south Fargo in '98 the FPD held a neighborhood block party to inform all of us the area just a few blocks south of us was one of the high incident crime areas: violence, theft and drugs...it was a "community" of people not originally from this area.

Weber is winless...regardless who plays QB I expect UND to win this game at home dispute their last 2 performances.

I would agree with this moving forward into the WI series.

Least ira didn't throw out the Fantasy FB or Madden barbs at you...but I did win my FFL last year and have never played Madden. He obviously has some serious skin in the game with Joe personally and one can kind of respect that loyalty... albeit somewhat blinded. Right now UND has played 3 QBs to date and I have no idea if Joe will reach his "potential", if Ryan will be the guy if healthy or if Keaton is the best of the bunch going into next year. If Joe is healthy, plays great in camp again and gets the job next year I would hope then some of that potential that ira references often is reached.

I did include Panz. He knows his role and does good job at it when in the lineup. Colton knows his role and does it well too. After 3+ years what is OD's role? He has played on all 4 lines at some point and I still have no clue what his role is. Murphy is a "finisher" so that makes him a top 6 guy yet he hasn't scored a single regular season goal to date. This team needs role guys who do their job not guys that are continuing search to find a role because they came in with a label as a such and such type player. Just my opinion though.......

This team needs grit and energy guys in the lineup and the more the better. You know what Colton gives you every night. Murphy is a supposed "finisher" who can not score at this level. Panz would be a welcomed addition too. Panz Olson Gaarder...nasty to play against. If OD continues to play... OD w Bryn Colton. Then Drake Nick Parks with General LJ Pogs together. I know that takes Simomson out...who I do like.

At some point Keaton needs ice time...unfortunately the only guys he could/should spell is Mattson but don't see Hak sitting a Sr. often. Tucker was UND's best player in the late 2nd and 3rd.

I do like Simonson...hope he gets more minutes moving forward.

So Hak FINALLY decided #7 was holding #8 and #9 back and switched it up.

I have been to all 4 games at the Ralph...2 have been brutal to watch. BSU and this one so far. And one was disappointing...the 38 second goal last Saturday. Here is to home ice advantage...

And...wait for it...Murphy too.
