Probably correct on your last point but both have watched enough hockey to give a respectable opinion. Bottom line Cam has been pretty good to really good most of games he has played at UND. Tomek has kind of made a mess of things in his limited action. If Tomek sticks around I think he'll be more than an adequate goalie for UND. The WJC proved he can play.

Arguably your top 2 players out in Jost and Cam plus your captain.......good comeback NCHC road win. Smith and Gornall need to play from here on out IMO. Olson has been good as of late too. Kudos to Rinks. Not sure of Tomek situation but he has looked shakey at best in a couple brief stints. This team's MVP to date is easy......Gersich. Nice to move up the Pairwise. A win tonight keeps them there.

Great........I'm sure Berry will pencil him in for 30+ points next season. I tend to live in the "now". Everyone has potential of some kind. All you have to do is deal with the greater general public daily to find out most don't come close to their potential in anyway shape or form. Sports is no different. Addendum........was one of those days.

UND beat Union on the road without 17 and 16. CC is no Union.......4-2 UND.

Gornall is a guy that is tough to play against........UND needs more of those guys right now. He'd be in the lineup tonight if it were up to me.

......many were saying the same thing about Murphy. If you are a "goal scorer" and have that label you should be able to at least finish the open net tap in from last Saturday right before the end of the 2nd period. Wilkie has played in 54 collegiate games.......5 goals total and 2 of those goals came in one game. So............he has 3 goals in the other 53 games. Premature? Hardly. Bowen has 4 goals in 24 games and he didn't come in as a "goal scorer". If Wilkie scores from here on out it's a bonus. Gardner, Boesser, JJ, Pogo Gersich are some of the guys that need to produce this weekend for this team to win.

How about UND puts out a list of players that are healthy.............that list would be shorter.

I'll single out 4 guys specifically for this weekend..........Boeser, Wilkie, Gardner and Wolanin. Now Boeser has been hurt but at some point "quality" players need to start playing to their potential.
