Thanks again for compiling that all season.
My pleasure. It's fun watching some of them progress as their seasons go along.

Yeah, and maybe if they win, we won’t have to deal with Celebrini when they come here next fall.
Just Eiserman.

Oh my. If Persson ends up leaving, he would be a quality replacement to split with Hobie:
- ASU G T.J. Semptimphelter to portal

I thought our additions for 2023-2024 were solid.
Agreed. A lot of pleasant surprises and instant contributors in that portal addition group.

Any chance Emerson returns?
Looking like no...he just entered the portal:
- UND F Michael Emerson (CAR) to portal (Chicago USHL)
-
Wood is officially in the portal as of this morning, along with two other drafted UConn players.
- UConn G Arsenii Sergeev (CGY) to portal
- UConn F Matthew Wood (NSH) to portal
- UConn F Samu Salminen (NJD) to portal
Another new portal addition is Austen Swankler, who crushed it at BGSU for two seasons before transferring to Tech for last year, where he only put up 3 pts in 10 games.
Hard to read too much into these interweb things...but Wood just recently started following Blake and Strinden on "the socials".
If that's just a coincidence or something more...I'm sure we'll find out shortly. -

We folded like a cheap suit after 2 periods. Not sure what lesson Berry needs to learn but I hope he learns it fast. With a Frozen Four berth on the line I would have thought we would come out with fire - especially after a two period lead. This happens too much to Berry's teams for it to be chance or bad bounces. Winners do better under pressure.
Michigan did the same thing to MSU (although they were tied after two). UM scored a combined 7 third period goals against UND & MSU. That's crazy.
I just can't believe that there wasn't much of a "push" from UND until after Kunz scored to bring us back to within one. -

They're fans of winning the 3rd period, I guess.

Still gotta have a #2 that isn't Kaleb Johnson and has some experience with what the team could be next season. Sigh....portal goalie.
Are we certain that Persson is moving on to the pro ranks? If he stays, they run a rotation with him and Hobie.

Where can I find the updated list?

And that still leaves us room to bring in a portal or recruit goalie if Persson leaves, plus a quality forward/dman portal entrant if the need arises. Wood & Pohlkamp type players.

I feel the planned players coming up may bolt on the Sioux if we ask them to stay another year in juniors. We need to keep quality recruits and develop them.
I don't think there are any additional current recruits that were planning on coming in this year that will be asked to play another year in juniors from our list.
Panzer was struggling and opted for BSU instead of waiting.
Littler is borderline ready, but I'm still guessing that he comes in this fall.I'd guess we're looking at Boisvert, Swanson, Croal, Littler, Emery, Strathmann, and Jubenvill all coming in this fall from our recruit group.

This UM PP looks worse than UND's.

First game and the last game.
Their season was bookended by OT losses to BC. -
That was an odd sequence for that final goal. Goalie loses track of it and then the QU player gives it right to the BC forward.

Go Spartans.
Go Bobcats.- 2
