Would have loved to see both Morelli and Ward in a UND sweater instead of Omaha.

We'd need to start scheduling Robert Morris, Mercyhurst, Sacred Heart, Bentley, Niagara, and Canisius more then to mimic their scheduling as well. Heck of a lot easier to score PP goals against those opponents rather than UMD, WMU, etc. We saw it earlier when we played UAA...we do play Canisius soon though so hopefully that will help bump our PP%.

Especially being that they probably had a better chance scoring short handed than we did with the man advantage. They should have looked at any PK situation as a positive.

Has anyone been able to check on DHG and Ciskie today? After their twitter ranting about the officiating last night, I can only imagine that they drank themselves into a (further) stupor.

If we play UAA in the postseason, our special teams will be fine.

If Gardner and Hoff are out tonight too, do you think Ryan Anderson can skate out? He'd probably get as many points as the rest of our forwards.

Yep. We struggle to score as it is. Now you toss out three normal top 6 starting forwards on top of that. Ouch.

That had nothing to do with UND being rusty. It had more to do with UND just not being very good.

Good old Ciskie. I'm just hoping that with a few key graduations that UMD isn't still super dive-prone...or is that still the case? They were pretty bad the last few years...

I'd feel a lot better about UND's chances this weekend if Jones were able to play. Man, tough one. UMD has been so strong this season. A split would be a successful weekend IMO.

Unfortunate if true. I have a feeling he'll be a really good college player by his soph/jr year. Tough to lose out on that, especially to UMD. At any rate, if he's heading there, he'll need to bone up on his diving skills.

UAA has one win and has been shutout 5 times already this season. This is just embarrassing. How bad is this UND team going to lose to UMD and DU? Time to crawl into a hole for a couple weeks to avoid further embarrassment.

UAA has triple their season avg offense output with time to go still. Ridiculous.

At least we'll have minimal UND games to watch in March/April again this year. That was super fun last season.
