QU again cuts it close...gets lucky again, beating RPI in OT. 8 of their last 11 games have gone to OT.

They have a pretty "easy" remaining schedule as well. One more game w/ CC, then series against WMU and UNO.

Isn't Farley (one of) the instigators on their team? I forget which one was annoying me in the our last series with all the dives and hacks after the whistle.

I pray we don't have to play Michigan in the NCAA's. With our "opposing team top line issues", that Connor/Compher/Motte (CCM Line ) would light us up good. Motte has 27 goals and Connor has 22 goals...yowzers. Should be an interesting week of practice. I'm anxious to see how the team responds at home against Duluth. Not a good weekend, but we can hope that they put it past them and get ticked off to go on a run. Go Sioux/Hawks.

For those keeping track at home, the ENG was Gambrell from Heinen. Another 2 pts for their top line. I think that makes 37 pts for them this series.

Hopefully they can go without getting swept on the road again for another 5 years....

That means UND blocked 8 shots and DU blocked 27. Which means that the UND had 72 shot attempts with 41 being saved, 27 being blocked, and 4 goals. While DU had 39 shot attempts with 25 being saved, 8 being blocked, and 6 goals. Posts not included.

11 pts for DU's top line. I'm getting pretty darn sick of the opposing team's top line having career nights against UND on Friday nights. 8pt night for CC's top line on Friday night. 9pt night for UNO's top line on Friday. Once the NCAA tournament hits, every team will have a good top line...got to learn to shut them down or at least control them for two nights in a row. Heinen for DU is a great player...but c'mon...he had 20 pts all season entering tonight, then scores 5 tonight against the "best defense in college hockey". Cam needs to step it up too...he's had some shaky starts lately when the game isn't played in Michigan. Go for the split tomorrow night!

I've never ordered the NCHC.tv online before, but am considering it for the last part of the season (they're running a special). Is it worth it? Decent streaming quality? I'm getting sick of only seeing one game every 3rd series. Also, is it possible to start watching the games at the beginning after they've already started? I get home from work later on Friday's and it would be great to start the game in the first period...usually the 3rd period is already starting by the time I get home. Thank you for your help in advance!

Ick. Was hoping for a PSU and Miami win...both got blown out instead. Didn't take long for UMN to get back to winning ways once they started playing the stellar B10 competition. With Michigan's loss, it certainly looks like UMN is in the driver's seat for the B10 regular season crown again. Hopefully Miami can put up more of a fight tomorrow and help us out a bit...
