  1. As long as the refs keep calling them. Last night once UND scored a PPG, the refs swallowed their whistles on Miami infractions. Until the last minute.
  2. Also...why is Bast on the trip but not playing? I didn't see anything about him getting injured as well last night.
  3. Definitely agreed. But Miami knew to instigate it with him. The puck was already moving up ice, yet not one, but two Miami players decide to take runs at him within a 3sec timeframe? He should've been smarter. Heck, he shouldn't have even been on the ice with less than a minute to go. The officials should have given all three game misconducts if they reviewed the whole incident. Then at least Miami would be out a couple players as well, since they got Kleven and had previously knocked out Hain and Schmaltz with hits as well. Rough game for UND, can't afford to lose those two for long stretches. Boys better dig deep tonight...Miami already outplayed them last night for good stretches...now UND is out 3 starters from last night.
  4. With Duluth’s upset win over SCSU tonight, we remain in 7th. Geez, if UMD can beat SCSU, maybe we can get a miracle win against them in a few weeks. Helps that we’ll play them this time on normal size ice.
  5. If they keep the scoring like that, Kleven should be able to play tomorrow.
  6. UMD doesn't want to get passed by UND in the standings...they're leading SCSU 5-3 in the 3rd.
  7. Out sick
  8. UND wins 4-1 Potentially could lose Hain, Schmaltz, and Kleven for tomorrow. Ouch. UND got it's 2nd PP of the game with 18 sec left...nice.
  9. Miami just going for intent to injure now.
  10. That's what happened in GF...UND beat Miami Friday night then fell behind 3-0 the next night.
  11. Just close this out.
  12. Now Schmaltz went down to the locker room as well. Both him and Hain possibly injured this game? Now isn't the time to start collecting injuries.
  13. You give a team back to back to back to back power play chances...eventually they'll score.
  14. Schloss mentioned that Hain isn't on the bench and the lines were shuffled. That kid sure goes thru his injury woes.
  15. Costantini from Owen...two guys that needed lifts.
  16. Can't keep giving them all these PP chances.
  17. Another PK Parade to the box for the boys in black.
  18. Their trio of Cooley, Snuggerud, and Knies are lethal. Hopefully at least two of those three are leaving early.
  19. Another PK
  20. Kleven with a rocket
  21. GOAL! 3-0
  22. SOG 9-5 Miami Miami had the better sustained offensive zone pressure IMO but UND had the higher number of Grade A chances.
