Definitely agreed. But Miami knew to instigate it with him. The puck was already moving up ice, yet not one, but two Miami players decide to take runs at him within a 3sec timeframe? He should've been smarter. Heck, he shouldn't have even been on the ice with less than a minute to go.
The officials should have given all three game misconducts if they reviewed the whole incident. Then at least Miami would be out a couple players as well, since they got Kleven and had previously knocked out Hain and Schmaltz with hits as well.
Rough game for UND, can't afford to lose those two for long stretches.
Boys better dig deep tonight...Miami already outplayed them last night for good stretches...now UND is out 3 starters from last night.
