Mankato scored to go up 3-0, but Ryan saw a contact to the head penalty that went uncalled during the game. Refs reviewed it and called it a major, which took away the goal as well...keeping it 2-0. UND scored 2 goals on the major PP.

Ouch about Zmolek. Sucks he can’t ever play against his old team too. Three frosh and three soph D tonight against a big and experienced Mankato team. Certainly not ideal.

His physical presence would be much needed against a big, heavy, and older MSUM team. Reading between the lines here, I wouldn't be surprised with Hobie and TJ each getting a start this weekend.
