I noticed in the previous televised games the refs were "letting them play" there were almost no penalties called. Hopefully that holds true for our game as well. It was not too many years ago that Sioux players spent extrordinary amounts of time in the penalty box, and this year - especially after the break, we have been playing remarkably clean hockey.

I thought that our defense looks so bad that during the second intermission Hak would put pads on the cheerleaders in hopes that they would at least distract the opponents......

Well, the music was a bit better tonight. The announcer was still pretty much AWOL. But the way we played was way more pathetic than the venue.

They open doors late, searched everybody, it was a sad attempt.

No music, no announcer, no hockey vibe at all.

I was at the game and nobody knew what the heck was going on.

Depth has less importance in post season play, with the TV timeouts.
