Just a thought here, with the WJC having more talent than most standard college games, do you think that is would be appropriate to add any or all of ZP's and BM's goals that they score to the 100 goal marker set by DB. Cause technically I don't think that Blais specified were the three would score the goals, just that they had the chance to score that many this season.

yeah, it was although I must say it does help when you sit fourth row up halfway between the blue line and center ice. Not exactly that far of a throw. I have been second closest numerous times, new it was bound to happen sooner or later.

Sorry guys, wouldn't have been able to do a game recap for PCM tonight, I was too busy winning chuck-a-puck between periods. Sioux looked really flat, could definately tell they came off of a long break. As for the goals against Brandt, looked like he commited too soon and took himself out of the play. Yeah 2-0 is tough but it wasn't even that great of a setup and finish. He was just leaning too far forward when he slid across the crease. He was laying sprawled out in the crease on the third goal. I do believe he tried to poke the puck away when lessard came out from the side of the net. Once that happened, lessard just went right around him. Pretty weak goal, wish we would of had a d-man out front.

Last year for the Christmas tourney, I got in for 6$ for the whole thing with a student id. It listed the price as $1.50 per game on the ticket. I don't know what you guys got charged for. I had called over the phone and they had told me that they weren't selling student tickets. But that was last year, who knows what will happen this year.

From my understanding of what DB said was that Stafford was being added to the team last night, and that Smaby would be going as an alternate. Sorry for any misunderstanding

Actually I never listen to it, but I saw PCM was sick and thought he should just suck it up. I figured for an old man he might need someone to cut him some slack. Plus he always does such a good job, so I figured if I did this one, we would be even for the next five seasons or so

Talked to Brad Barry on Thursday, he unofficially said that he is being benched due to lack of performance consistancy!! Too bad, he has flashes of brilliance. I think stafford took his place already

I believe it was in old Engelstad we were playing DU with a minute left in the third period. Face off to the right of Kollar in our d-zone. DU wins the draw but splits the defense and the puck slides down the ice into an empty DU net. Sioux Goal!!

It was a great game guys, I had a lot of fun Thank GOD for our goalie, he definately kept us in it. I just got back to GF about an hour ago and I can tell you I am one sore guy The conflicts were a minor setback, I was hoping it would have been a little more laid back and joking around with it. Guess it's just not in human nature to let some rodents try to walk all over you Next year at Engelstad with nice ice and locker rooms. You'll be so stunned when you step onto the ice you won't even notice us blow by and score!!

Just make the teams light or dark, I don't have the money to go get a green practice jersey. I do have a white and a dark blue one already though

Well Time to SOUND OFF!!! Maybe you all didn't notice, but last year the student section sold out for what they thought might be a hopeful improvement, in the end we got dicked!! I hate to say it, but Diggler is right The student section did there fair share of compromise last year and recieved little to nothing back. Not that we are all about recieving, but we were told things that would happen and didn't. We sat instead of standing(and yes I think it does show more support and is more intimidating), last year we didn't swear half as much as this year, and we are still way below the level of swearing that was at Old Ralph. What ever happened to the green light that went around the video ring after a goal followed by Sieve written repeatedly. Our seats were to be moved to one of the CORNERS so that we would be able to stand without obstructing view. They split the student section up and stick us on the end where we score once. Not to mention the fact that we lose over 100 lower level seats where the majority of the student noise comes from. We are the true die hards. When is the last time that general admission has gotten to REA three hours before the game starts to get their seats? They are allowed to walk through any gate and can almost always beat the students to the prime seats. Not that many do take the prime seats, but it has been known to happen. As for the swearing and chants, we have creative chants but it is hard to get several thousand students on the same page. We are simply taking chears that were already there and continuing them. And please don't tell me we lack creativity!! Before the third period on Friday night I lean over by the penalty box while Shepherd was waiting to go on the ice and I simply told him "If I wanted to see clutch and grab, I would have downloaded his gay porn!" Before Saturday's game he, freeman, and hanson were sitting in the stands. We went up to playfully harass them for a little while. He flat out told us he likes being heckled and that he used my comment several times later Friday night. Anytime Matt Greene does something good(big hit or defensive play) we yell HO HO HO GREEN GIANT, nobody knows this other than our little section. Why, because it is new and We haven't recieved dick from REA in help. So until I see you personally making an actual effort in changing things, I don't really care. Yes I will listen to what you have to say and may take it into consideration, but I am not going to walk it alone, when everyone else ducks and runs.

The Green Hair'um, prefers the name "wheels" instead of Prpich for two reasons: A: He is faster than hell and hard working. B: He needs to buy a vowel Other than that, he is one of the best additions to the Sioux this year. What a great find, and hopefully, it will continue to be that way!!!!
