really...holy cow
Yes. OL recovered it. Dosch commented that he'd be spending time next to RB coach for a while.

no reason isaih couldn't have gotten those reps....otis doesn't have the greatest hands......
Isaih was out because he fumbled on the previous drive

What was the 4th down play call that Otis fumbled on?
sounded like a direct snap to him and he tried to hand to Boltmann on sweep.
But that's what I got from listening to Jack Michaels so who the hell knows.

Bitch about the coaches all you want but they put us in position to win and the players gotta make plays. On 4th down they couldn't execute a play I'm sure they've practiced a hundred times. Dosch said the play was there if they don't fumble the handoff. Also can't fumble when trying to run out the clock.

Has there been a replay shown on ESPN+ yet today?

Any idea why we sub Siegel out in some passing situations? I thought he was one of our better d-backs and would be on the field.

Danny loves to run a lot of misdirection stuff where we are outnumbered if the D isn't fooled. And we don't seem to be fooling people very often.

I did too.

Announcers don't know what the refs are reviewing but aren't smart enough to shut up when ref is explaining it.

Was right in front of me. I didn’t think it was close enough to need measurement. And I might be the biggest UND homer alive

Bubba really pissed at the referees at end of half. Something with last play/timing. I think one referee signaled something (maybe first down?).but not sure what happened. Anybody know

Kickers are typically the smartest, best looking, most athletic guy on a football team. It’s why other position players sometimes rag on them. Jealousy.
all of us former kickers say that.

Not to throw gas on internet rumors, but if he truly isn't all-in on playing football for UND, that can become very infectious.
to add the contrarian viewpoint - last week on UND360 podcast they were discussing who the leaders are on the fb team with Tom Miller. He said that Otis is a leader at least through his actions at practice where he is high energy, practices hard and elevates the rest of the team - similar to Santiago. He said they miss Nguyen from a leadership standpoint and Otis when he's not playing.
I know that isn't exactly the same but it does point to some positives and hopefully the sick thing was just that.

Much respect. Beatty was the first kicker that I remember actually playing. Growing up on western ND only got to see the Sioux Bison games and some UND hockey on Prairie Public. We've come a long way.
Beatty was really good as were Solberg, Glas, Paterka ..............we had a great run for a long time.

Minnesota beast St. Cloud 4-3 OT on a blown call
These refs blew that in OT
what happened? Mentioned it on UND telecast too but didn't explain what happened

I believe you are incorrect.. we punted from the 35 or 36.. we were never going to kick a fieldgoal from there it was 4th and 4.. we should have gone for it
Our next offensive series we drove down to the Salukis 20 yard line and went for it on 4th and 5.. this would have been a 37 or 38 yard field goal that we should have tried to kick in my opinion.
That could be. I don't remember for sure but thought you were talking about the punt. My bad.

We had great kickers for about 25 years, going back to Pat Beatty. We play indoors, which should be attractive. Have we just neglected the position in recruiting?
I resent that as I'm sure @VMeister does as we kicked for UND before Pat Beatty.
I have to admit there was a very good string of kickers starting with Pat.

ok.. that one wasnt a great call either. I was referring to the kicking game
In the 2nd half
- 31 yd fg blocked
- 38 yd fg went for it instead of kicking
- 36 yd fg missed
- 47 yd fg missed badly.
I know this is our backup fg kicker, but we are alos supposed to be a division 1 program. I would expect you would have at least two kickers and maybe more on the team that could regularly make <40yd fg.
we did not pass up a 38 yard fg attempt. we were on the 35 or 36 so it would have been a 52 or 53 yard attempt. Certainly not automatic

I think he hurt his shoulder early on too. He looked like he was favoring his left arm.
I thought he hurt left shoulder too. He then came back in for a play or 2 but not sure he's played since
