  1. The banner ad said "North Dakota at South Dakota", but it's since been fixed.
  2. Barking Carnival Texas Tech Preview: http://barkingcarnival.com/2009/08/24/2009...e-of-the-union/
  3. Here are the new 3rd jerseys. http://sports.yahoo.com/nhl/blog/puck_dadd...?urn=nhl,184997
  4. XM Radio 204 (NHL Home Ice) will have an hour devoted to the Wild today from 4-5 pm central. Head Coach Todd Richards will be a live guest at 4:05.
  5. That's fulfilling a previous obligation to SHSU made during the Great West days. I really can't say as I blame him it's the cash cow of your athletic department and I'd want six home dates every season too.
  6. 2013 & 14 are probably the next shot, with the twelve game seasons. I don't see Taylor willing to go with only five home dates, and I can't see Faison signing up for a one-game shot in the Fargodome.
  7. They extended the championship game to the eve of the BCS National Championship, so I don't believe this to be correct, there will be 12-game schedules.
  8. With Georgia State and ODU coming online, 14 teams is just way too many.
  9. We should know by end of business tomorrow as classes start Monday.
  10. I agree I think your 26 breakdown is ideal. But that's where Hak earns his money I guess.
  11. Hakstol seems to like to keep it at 25.
  12. Thanks for the tip Sioux83 and keep the info coming!
  13. Correct, and the Bison poster was correct who pointed out that nobody will be taking over their barn anymore for football now that the new digs are open.
  14. I would'a thrown stuff too if I had to sit through the Bjorkman era.
  15. You were talking about opportunities for great games and fun experiences for the alumni. You lose. Good day sir.
  16. Remember, this already happens three out of every four years for our alumni.
  17. Colorado, Syracuse, and UNLV are significant upgrades compared to the MAC schools, Florida Atlantic, etc. so I'm going to cut Brewster a break on this one. http://www.gophersports.com/SportSelect.db...p;Q_SEASON=2012
  18. It was on a Saturday right before the regional final, Holy Cross had upset the Gophers and the Sioux took Michigan apart on that Friday. It was cold as hell and we had an absolute blast, I'll never forget it. Good food, good beverages, good friends.
  19. I had the good fortune to get to know Troy over the years as well. It was always fun seeing him on our trips up to REA or at various other venues throughout the league. Fighting Sioux hockey has lost one of their most passionate fans today. You will be missed Troy. Rest in peace my friend.
  20. Arnold Poindexter: So what you're saying essentially is, is that along with infinite space which extends beyond perpetual bigness there's also infinite smallness? Harold Wormser: [nods head in agreement] Arnold Poindexter: How? Harold Wormser: Easy. Take an asymptotic line and extend it outward. Arnold Poindexter: Oh. Stewart: Right, right, right. So perpetual bigness exists simultaneously with perpetual smallness. What was I thinking?
  21. That's a very nice idea in theory Dave...but we'd look like freaking IDIOTS!
