I usually find that the radio is pretty much instanteous but the satellite transmission time delays the TV a few seconds. With the TIVO I get a 5 second delay or so.
We've got a winning record playing the hardest schedule in the country. Certainly we'd like to see our guys win every night but a ton of teams would be happy to be #8 in the Power Rankings.
Sure would hate to get any free promotional video out on the internet. After all you might get a few fans excited about the game.
Kudo's to the NHL for realizing that video on youtube creates interest in their product sells more seats and creates higher ratings.
Sure she's over it. She'll pull that out of the bag sooner or later.
The radio crew had some technical difficulties and apparently lost their connection right after Bina's goal. When they came back in (when I was in the Whistlermobile) it sounded like they were calling in.
They didn't do an interview. I imagine that would have been an interesting one if Hak gave it. I'm pretty sure he wasn't very happy about giving up a lead and then losing it late in the third.
The game really turned on JPL's diving penalty. I didn't see it. Was it a legitimate call? It appeared that Adam had called the penalty on them a fair bit before he blew the puck dead for ours. (We had carried the puck almost all the way down the ice.)
If it was a dive it should have been called and it likely didn't help JPL's frame of mind.
Speaking of Diving, anyone notice two or three times that the New Hampshire players just fell down behind the play when one of our guys was skating by them? The first time I thought perhaps we had tripped him up, but it happened again after that.
Against Minnesota he was not playing at all his physical game. I take that as his injury was pretty severe. (Hakstol said that he was crosschecked in Denver BTW) Last night he initiated a few checks but still was not the same old TJ.
He still doesn't have his game back.
