We're going to need both Marto and Lapoint next year so trading them off is a good thing. Anyone know where the RPI predictor is to be found on this site? Jimdahl linked to it in the last week or so. I looked all around the menu that has the rankings, but couldn't find it.

Isn't it the honorable thing to challenge the guy to a fight and be ready to back it up. I think that's better than being the biggest guy on the ice who starts beating on someone. That's what filthy rodents do when they match up with the smallest guy on the other team.

This Freeman guy was ok tonight. The teams were both there to try to win the game. It was nice to see hockey like that. The announcement after the hat trick was anything thrown on the ice that wasn't an hat would result in a UND penalty.

Joe's pretty good on his skates for a big guy. But he's no Sonja Hennie.

He sucks so bad that he's leading the team in plus minus this year, led it for the entire season last year and had a respectable +18 in his Freshman year. It's very fair for a defensive defenseman to be ranked by his plus/minus. The stats aren't everything but ignoring them is pretty stupid. I wish there was a time on ice statistic available because we could compare that to get the coaches idea of who deserves to be in there. I'll be at the game and I expect Joe to be in there as much or more than anyone.

Bina held the puck in at the point as well. Taylor Chorney was on the other point.

We certainly don't need our #1 defensemen (measured in height as well as plus/minus) missing a game. At this point if something absolutely needs to be done then it's up to a man like Brad Radke to step up and do what needs to be done. Malone would also be someone who could go without seriously hurting the team for the one game.

I don't think Joe or anyone else should be fighting just to prove they know how. I'm not against fighting but there's a time and place. He has pretty much made it clear that he will if he needs to but nobody's been dumb enough to take him up on it. He was ready to go with Bickel two weeks ago and he was matched up with a guy last year but it was broke up before anything happened.

Kaip line, Finley play against the Bozo line? Sioux Sweep sounds fine by me.

If I were the coach I'd keep Kozek up there for a while. I think he'll get better up on that line.

And it's absolutely understandable that players will have ups and downs for the whole season. Hopefully all the downs aren't at the same time, but that the whole team in on an up for the playoffs.

I've been very impressed with his play. He'll be a good one.

I would bet that that list closely but not exactly correlates with time on ice. (Which is apparently not available.) Certainly the coach would agree with the bottom two rankings as that's the two he has alternating days off.
