Granted a game is a game but I would not put this past fridays game as an example how they should be playing or not. I think in their heads they were thinking, exhibition, under-18, USA, ect. Not to say they were taking it easy but there wasn't a whole lot of hitting in the game, correct? I think they were 'trying' to play more of a finesse game only.(Im not sure how to put it all in words ) So now this weekend hopefully their train-of-thought is we better make big hits, big plays and show consistency since this is a conference game and means a ton on how our season could go. If we play physical, dont take penalties(as always), and have good goaltending I think we will get at least 3 points this weekend. But Ill leave it soley on hitting, if theres no physical play we'll lose or tie. Thats my opinion

Ok, I didn't want to make the week longer than it probably already will be so I had to wait till today to post anything here I would hope for two very close games, since I think we are two alike teams(as far as our ability to win thus far). Besides that, I think we have way more talent out on the ice than they do and if our team shows up friday and saturday, there is no way we should lose. I hope for physical hockey on our side and good defense. I hope TJ AND JT both get their break out weekend in points! Either way I would hope for two wins, although they should both be very close games oh yeah, STAY OUT OF THE PENALTY BOX!!! That'll help us win also.

Ive seen that shot quite a few times..not really as much on the college level but... The shot that amazes me are the plays were the player is behind the net, picks the puck up so its litterally laying on the blade, then they reach around the net and put it in. youtube is good for seeing good goals

No kidding. The race for the top 5 spots are very close, minus the goofs. 3 or more pts next weekend would be a wonderful start. I hope the 'a' game comes out and not the 'b' game. I'd expect two very tight matches.

Yeah! Im going to make you do some research on this one. Maybe in a day or two I'll let you know. But I love it! I have to be in my seat with a beer before it starts( approx. 9:00 on the scoreboard it starts ) Some nights the volume is pretty week though, but thats very typical REA audio for ya. How many effin people do that have controlling it anyways? They should take a piece of tape or glue the volume in one spot!(Loud as ****!) It must be the 24 year old one night, then the 75 year old doing the controlling the second night

Finley needs to step up his hitting! make an opponent feel scared to enter the zone, lodge it in their head that 'hey, that Finley guys around and wow his last hit still hurts." Hes how effing tall and needs to take over smaby's role. Hes a good passer, at most times, but I have seen countless number of times(live on the ice) where he has had the chance to crush someone but either doesn't or lets up entirely! Im sorry, when your big, USE IT! obviously hes not the fastest player or the most skilled on the ice, but god forbid he must know how to hit! And to respond to those people who think hitting is not a big part of the game or whatever, well it is and this is a spot where it definitely needs to be stepped up. Get er done Finley! I know this about miller but I had to squeeze it in

easy ....After reading back on your posts for the third time, I haven't seen really any 'legitimate arguement either on your behalf You basically mention that hes only scored 3 goals, all against 'awful' teams right? All I mean is he could have zero goals and be one of the most dominate players on the ice, and he is up there in my opinion, or at least making a great name for himself as many others agree? So sorry I guess I didn't put it in english the first time its late!

In my opinion, better keep the lines the same. The only alterations made should be in net. This is still a hockey game and still more than a perfect chance to keep, or try develop the chemistry between the lines. Serioulsy it would not be a good idea to adjust the lines in any way unless they plan on keeping them that way. And put lammy in the first, Greico in at the second and Walski for the third. It seems like the U-18 team has some height to their team.

I think they got rid of them because during gopher games people had set their dead gophers in them to be ready to throw on the ice. So it was a sanitary thing.

I'd have to agree. I wasn't sure if it was the BC game or the CC game but now I have figured it out. Yeah I always have an image in my head of the way the crowd reacted to that goal. I had tackled a buddy of mine and we both feel into the seats, then looking around I think many people had fallen down haha. The place went nutz!
