Keep them in the stands for the little girls to see any maybe a few others but really there is no need for them to go on the ice. There are lasers and intermission activities to work with so, no offense to the cheerleaders, just stay up in the stands.

That really all depends on when you got your tickets. If you got your tickets days later than someone else then chances are your seats are much higher, although probably in the lower bowl. The advantages of the holidays are that you can drink beer in the student section! I remember I gave up my season ticket last year and bought a 'student' ticket which is actually reserved seating. There were students who must sit in these seats during the non-holiday games that tried taking these seats during the holiday, which were actually my seats, and they wouldn't move haha. I basically made a threat to them since I was so pissed that I missed the first minutes of the game to their dumbasses, never take a sioux fan's seats! They were so pissed when they got kicked out of their seats and I had a huge smirk on my face as they walked by, which probably made them even more pissed Im sure.

Next weekend will be interesting, especially from the WCHA fantasy standpoint It'll be interesting to see how the goofs and badgers stand up to the michigan teams or vice versa. And St Cloud playing the top ECACHL team So would one pick St cloud over clarkson or not? I would hope SCSU could beat the ECACHL team but I haven't heard much about this league this year so far. A pretty weak league I'd imagine. It'll be intresting to see Michigan state play after the slaughter in the REA this year. Any thoughts towards this week of hockey?

Won't shouldn't be an easy weekend. I hope we get some physical play in order to secure a couple wins. Hopefully Malone will be able to start throwing his body around again since his injury, Ohsie/Duncan have a big weekend and our defense and Lammy play solid. Any prediction is a jinx in my book but I think the Sioux, coming off the by week, is to their advantage. A slow first period will follow some great hockey! Can't wait!

Corporate = lyin money hungry people. When they say something, think opposite. The Coaches club use to have benefits as well, but now your mainly pay $1000 to park. It was worth it the first few years when you could go to the 'Club bar,' the one where no one could get into before the game started except club members, to eat free food and socialize. That made it worth it! Now they take that away, charge us more, and hmm yeah, that makes awholelotta sense. Thank REA!

Toews.. Got D.O.T.? Other than that the first name that rolls of my tongue is Spirko. He was fast, agressive towards the puck 24/7, and a definite playmaker. I could go back to the Hrkac circus days also but I think the players that have come and gone in the most recent years are equal to the 80's era. If you puts Hrkac into todays type of hockey, do you think he'd compare to the other good players that come and go now? But really thats a whole different subject and I believe you dont even need to go back that far to pick out the good players, unless we are being fair to the old timers Also Im a firm believer that when the sioux hit, they win, So Ill bring back Commodore as well. EDIT: I wonder if Ronnie Lott played hockey?

Well I definitely wasn't thinking about poll rankings whatsoever but just the fact of the standings throughout the country right now. CC split with NH a couple weeks ago which sorta surprised me. In fact I think NH wooped them the first game didn't they? I dont think Miami has played a WCHA team yet correct. I would like to see how they compare to even one of our weaker WCHA teams, like the goofs . However it was their first games of the year, but neither BC or Michigan looked impressive during the tourney in the cities. Notre Dame, in my opinion, isn't worth talkin about. I guess my overall question is how strong the WCHA is compared to the rest of the country. And yes, I agree that DU is a good team and it will be a fun series to watch!

Didn't know where to put this so I thought maybe another thread talking about the year so far as far as other teams and where they stand and their the rest of the year. To start it off, whats up with michigan state, 8-1 overall? Playing all bumf*k teams or whats going on there. We man handled them! Gophers are going to turn it around I'd imagine(hopefully not like the sioux have done the past couple years). Will the sioux get more consistant?
