  3. I'm not sure why you would say that BinCity, we have been more then open to all posters no matter who they support. I completely disagree with the more BS with less traffic. We have lots of visitors who don't post just like here I'm sure. You seem to have a chip on your shoulder and there's no reason for it, your welcome to post over at BisonsSports.Net. If not that's fine but if you truly don't visit the site which I'm not sure is the truth how can you honestly have any kind of opinion on it? Think about it, seems kind of foolish to bash it without at least checking it out. Carry on.

  6. First of all I think that was the wrong thing to tell your new employer, fans and press. Regarding your speculation that he's trying to just say that he's out to get NDSU is hilarious. He's going to severly hamper NDSU's recruiting tactics in Illinios? Are you kidding me, does he have inside knowledge of who NDSU is intersted in and going to go to every recruits house and tell them you sure don't want to play for those guys, they are bad? What a laugh. That he will do everything in his power to see that NDSU doesn't win a conference title or national Championship? Are you really serious? They play us one game in conference and potentially in the playoffs (maybe). Man if I was a fan of SIU and bought into your theory I'd be worried that I have a coach who's got tunnel vision and a stiffy for one team in the conference. Other then getting the game with UND on the schedule you may as well just said let me see how I can try to make this Saluki fan think Dale didn't just shove his foot in his mouth big time cuz thats exactly what he did. I think your comments are laughable.

    Man if he was to get the AD position that would put any chance of a game many want out of reach IMHO. He didn't do anything to help the relations between the two universities. I sure hope they get someone else who is better qualified and brings less baggage.

My comments were based on what I've read, seen on tv and from those who I've talked with. In general it those opinions do not sound good for the way it was handled. Carry on.
  15. I think in the publics eyes this may not be the only problem. It appears that Bunning did what he was asked to do, it pissed off some people and he's suffereing the repercussions of a few influential coaches who complained to Harmeson and he obviously has Kuppys blessings to get rid of Bunning. Call it what you want but by most objective standards its shady and borders on much more then that. I won't be surprised if this creates another lawsuit for UND to have to defend.
  16. Ok, how does not being able to fill a 11 or 12 thousand seat stadium jive with building a 30k stadium? Better yet how does a 30k stadium in a city of 49k make sense? Even the GF Metro a 30k stadium doesn't make sense is all I'm saying. Hey more power to you if you can do it. I'll believe it when I see it. Carry on.
  17. I was trying to keep the topic within the realm of reality. That talk has been going on in Fargo for several years already. You need to sellout the Alerus or at least come close on a regular basis before you start pie in the sky dreaming about a 30,000 seat stadium.
  18. The problem you guys are going to have is the capacity of the Alerus. Going to make it hard to payout larger guarantees and yet be profitable.
  19. That may or may not be but if UND has not followed that procedure up until now then you won't be able to fall back on that. According to reports in the media this Survey is not normal part of UND's protocol when determining an employees job performance. I'm still laughing at how I ask a valid question and the SS.Com attack hounds like to try to detract attention from the subject at hand and point the finger at NDSU. Sorry guys but this problem is your own home cooking gone bad. You can thank Kuppy for this along with his cronies.

  21. Fair enough but what about only doing it for one employee? That's a huge problem and I don't see how UND will be able to defend that.
  22. I'm curious how you condone the use of survey by anonymous sources to determine ones job? I asked this in a previous post and I see not one person has attempted an answer. If UND had as part of its SOP used surveys to determine or help determine all employees job perfomrance I don't think UND would be in quite the fix they are in. I would still question the use of anonymous sources but so be it. But in this case UND has gone out of the normal SOP by it's own admission to conduct a survey on one employ Bunning. To the general public that looks terrible. To the employees attorney it has to look like a gift to be used in a lawsuit against the employer for unfair and unequal treatment directed towards one employee. I've never heard of any organization using such tactics against one employee whether you think he did a good job or not. If he didn't then document the issues and follow the SOP for such terminations. Going on a witch hunt to fire an empolyee which is exactly what happened deserving or not to be fired is wrong. But if you want to defend that practice feel free. The other posters are correct who have said this only makes whats happening look like a three ring circus, without the ring leader present.
  23. How is it that no one on this board has questioned the survey itself? I'm not talking about the reults or the questions and answers but the fact that the survey was done at all? This doesn't appear to be a normal operating procdure of UND therefore why now and only with one univeristy employee? If this was Standard Operating Procdure for all employees of the University I would say go for it and have fun. That by all reports is not the rule fo thumb and this survey isn't SOP. Sure makes one from the outside looking in wonder who Bunning must be visiting regarding legal action. I cannot imagine an employer using a survey for one employee and worse yet with anonymous resposnses being used to determine if one keeps his job or not. I can see lawsuit written all over this or at the very minimum a very lucrative buyout for Bunning. This last comment has nothing to do with UND either but if that was me and I had any employer pull that stunt I'd be talking to an attorney about it for sure. Very poorly handled by UND for sure.

Looks like you guys have already thrown him under the Bus. All you want to talk about is who's going to replace him. It looks like your going to have a hard time finding anyone who would take that job given Bunnings situation. You guys are definetly trying to give UNC some competition in the "How not to make the Move to DI" category.
  25. WDAY reported tonight that Bunning didn't request the leave of absense. It doesn't surprise me but I am surprised that not one person brought this up on your board. I've not commented on this since you guys seem to have enough trouble up there but now your university is not telling the truth about whats going on with Bunning either. My question is if they can't be honest with you their own supporters how is anyone else supposed to believe what they say?
