He obviously can't say anything until whatever legalities need to take place have taken place. You know you are still innocent in this country until proven guilty. So far no one has offered except for "my sources told me" or " I know someone who's in the know" or my favorite "facebook" and "twitter" as sources. Cue the jeapordy music while I wait for the links to the news media reports to back up your great sources.

Where in that piece does it say the Fargo PD were at the Bison Spring Practice? Yeah where is the credibility? I am saying!

1. I never said WDAY lied about the 100k theft. 2. I read the story again from the WDAY page. Nowhere in that story did it say anything about Police visiting Bison Spring Football practice. If you have a source for this I'd like to see it. I used www.wday.com and went so far as to do a page capture of the entire story. The only thing you have correct is the 100k number and that's it. 3. With your reading comprehension or lack of it doesn't surprise me you take liberties with the truth. Oh and if you want I can forward to you a copy of the story but I'm sure you wouldn't like that as it doesn't fit with "your version" of the "facts". Lastly you of all people shouldn't be casting aspersions on the "moral foundations" of anyone. You obviously lack more than just credibility.

They already have been taken to task and if you can read there are only a couple posters over there who were taking liberty with the so called "facts" unlike here where the likes of you and many others deem a source like this to be reliable. That's about the quality of most crap you post. Only difference is at least Ferris Buehler was a funny movie unlike the crap you post which is just obnoxious.

If I had a dollar for every person who claimed to "have the inside scoop" or "I have first hand knowledge" and ended up being wrong on any given topic I'd be a rich man. If you are so sure of all this information why don't you cite your source? That's what I thought.

You have to be kidding me right? Good god if what the City of Grand Forks and UND did to get the Alerus center built only to get caught later isn't stealing from the taxpayer please tell me what is? Not to mention the continual yearly siphoning of tax payer dollars to fund that travesty is a joke. Don't tell me it's not UND"s building either it was built with the express purpose of getting UND football indoors and trying to keep up with NDSU and the Fargodome. You know the old saying about people in glass houses, you should go back and check it out and live by that creed.

Maybe you guys should be asking questions not only about your own presidents house cost overruns but also the yearly shortage that the Alerus Center runs and is costing taxpayers. The shortages that building costs yearly ever since it's been opened have far exceeded any cost overrun the presidents house at NDSU has cost. Of course that wouldn't be any fun because you couldn't continually bash NDSU and Chapman for it.

Thank you for a reasonable response and I do agree with you that it's not acceptible. I also have to admit Homer brought up a good pont that I really have never thought of and that was about the Baseball analogy. I don't agree with it there either. I think however that most fights in Baseball come from pitchers throwing at the head not the body. Either way fighting is wrong. Ok back to the original topic and thanks to those who replied without the vitriole and venom that is usually associated with Bison-Sioux topics. On the topic of the young man in this thread I hope he gets help.

Ok, Football doesn't have fighting in it not the likes of Hockey and if something on the order of people punching each other was to happen in Football there would be consequences off the field that those players would be facing in either enforcement by the law and association they played in/for. Boxing IMHO is a poor example as by it's very nature those entering the sport know that the purpose of boxing is to score points by hitting the opponent and ultimately knocking him out. Whether you agree or not on the rules of boxing or that its a socially acceptable sport is altogether another discussion. Hockey on the other hand is supposed to as I understand it be a sport where skating skill and puck handling skills along with scoring are the objectives yet fighting is engrained and accepted as "part of the sport" which is where I am coming from. Why is it "part of the sport" and acceptable. Just curious.

It's not a lame smack attempt at hockey it's a legit question. If you have an answer as to how it's different or OK to have fighing in hockey that would in any other event be a violation of the law please explain it to me I'd love to hear it. I have never understood how fighting was acceptable in hockey. If you don't have a legit response don't bother with another smacky comment this was posed in this forum for obvious reasons. I don't see any difference myself but obviously hard core hockey fans do and I would like to understand why they feel its justifiable.
