Well now the whole broadcast just dropped out and I'm seeing color bars. This sucks. Fortunately I haven't had any issues with NCHC.tv since week one or two of the season.

Did the video freeze for anyone else?

So apparently this announcer thinks the Sioux should just phone it in tonight, because they really don't have anything to play for.

Definitely the right call, but really sucks for him for that to happen on Senior Night.

I'm guessing since TV didn't even show a slow-mo replay, the guys in the truck probably told them it wasn't close to being in.

The difference with Illinois, though, is that permission for the nickname and dance were given by the local tribe. The person doing the dance might not have been Native American, but they were taught how to properly do the dance by the local tribe. It wasn't just somebody out there jumping around, it was done correctly.

I agree. I think a couple games against the 8th place team (52nd PWR) would be a good game to take off to heal up that leg.

Sitting at 14th in the PWR and losing three of the last six games of the season would seem to me to keep you in the playoff hunt. Obviously it depends on who you beat and lose to, though. Hopefully Jim will come up with one of his fancy graphs to show where various teams might end up in the rankings depending on how many wins they get for the rest of the season.

Maybe...just maybe....a little redemption for LJ there. That was a beautiful move/pass.

College Hockey News's live box score says the bench minor was a "too many men" penalty.

Why didn't the refs call this kind of stuff last night? UNO was trying to rough it up after every whistle in the first period and they never called anything. There's no reason this is going on tonight.
