I just called Midcontinent Cable here in Sioux Falls, and was told that all Midcontinent Cable customers who usually receive FSSN (channel 23, which is normally their Midcontinent advertising/info channel) should get the Sioux games live. I think "Thanks" are in order!

If anyone is from Minot, please let me know who covers Sioux hockey on TV and/or radio and where I might be able to watch the game. I am not from Minot, but will be there this weekend.

Whether or not a team should go to the national tournament should be based only on how good the team is. Not this scheduling non-sense. A team should not be penalized for scheduling a D1-AA and then beating it.
Edit: I think the D1-AA penalty is now gone, but you get the idea.
